Wow! the realism of the background is awesome.. ^_^ the sky, colour toning, shadows, mist, water, and even her reflection in the water is well made.. she's beautiful, kinda looks like lonely though.. and i think she would look much better if she has a fluffy wings.. it's kinda pointy and short.. ^_^ still, this wallpaper is beautiful in its own way.. ^_^ Great Job! ^_^

nice, though personally i like the vegetation at the sides more than little chi (i like chi as well, but the veggies really are quite nicely done :P)

I think this is a very good look for Chobits. It has a dark toned theme while displaying the innocent look of Freya at the same time. It's not overdone and it all seems to work pretty well together. My only suggestion would be to maybe not use such a realistic background with the anime artwork. It's a little bit distracting from the focus of the wallpaper. Otherwise, good job and keep it up!

Simply amazing, the background and with what she's wearing looks incredible. Also the backgound with sun in the clouds is also very nice, it gives a nice lighting effect to it.

interesting wp, i really like the bg and the scan. they go together nicely. my only real gripe would be the tree brushes you used and the sky seems a bit saturated. but the water and the clouds look really neat. great job on making a "serious" chobits wall! :)

Kyaa~! It's (Dark) Angel Chi! The wallpaper is really interesting though! Has alot to look at, and I really like the background and the scan really blends well with it. An extraoridinary background follow by a beautiful scan, where both are blended in nicely. I love the wings which gives off an extra glow. Overall fantastic ^_^

Oh my god its chi I love her in chobits.

I think that the concept for this is absolutely beautiful; the reflection is done perfectly. The only problem I have is with the text (is it really necessary? Maybe it's mostly my preference) and the branches on the right hand side as they meet the sky. They look a little strange.

Overall, very lovely.

I have never seen the series but this wall looks pretty impressive. I really like the background and the scenery behind it.

Nice wall! I really like the angel statues and the clouds in the background. The only thing is that the smoke infront of the character doesn't seem to fit in with the clouds in the background, but that is just my opinion. But another great work by you... gah if I could only crank out walls this quality everyday...

Hmm, the combination of Freya and the background is an interesting mix. It brings out an interesting appealing tone which I have to admit I rather like. But I'd like to suggest that it would be better if the background is a little less realistic, but other than that, good job. : )

I love, love, love the background. In any walls, I always look at the images & the accompanying backgrounds first. This one has both of that and more! Although for some reason Black Chii's wings look pretty weird to me. But that's not your fault :)

I like it a lot. I'm a sucker for brown tones, but i think the background is awesome, and Chi fits in nicely with the picture. Techman is probably right about it being Freya though.

It's really good for someone who hasn't seen Chobits before. Love how you centered Chi in the middle of the wallpaper- makes her seem more prominent. The reeds are a great touch- they could have their own wallpaper! The sun being covered with clouds tops it off perfectly. I think it deserves an A for awesome!:}

I must say you've captured the mystic theme quite well with this wall v The sky is just stunning! Freya looks wonderful just smack in the middle of the scenery, good work! The glowing of the wings and the myst are definately a nice touch as well! :D (I might recommend using a more orange or yellow coloured mist though, just to match the colour scheme v)

This is very nicely done, but I can't say I like the concept. It has nothing to do with anything. There's no reason for Freya to be sitting in the middle of a swamp. Everything looks nice, though.

hmm now this has a bit of a dark side to it, i thought first of seeing the sun and those colors and it makes as if a sunset, but looking deeper i see that wheat at the front and the clouds around the sun, is really more darker, it's very awsome =]

This is good quite and the thing I think the Chobits which it searches. The Freya it is innocent and it sees and while seeming simultaneously, to it it is dark and there is a theme song which tunes. It highland Anh under the division chief all is visible the fact that it works together very well. My grade proposal will connect in order not to use like that realism background in U illustration which is not possibly, theyn the place. It hu thu is sore in small quantity from focus of the wallpaper. Like that the, good day defends it comfort,!

A nice change from the usual pastel Chobits walls, this wall wonderfully depicts Chii's ethereal dreamworld. It conveys a sense of wonderment and also a magical poignancy that is fitting for the series (which is especially impressive since you've never seen it). The Swan Lake theme is superbly expressed in both Chii's costume and the setting.

The fog surrounding Chii is beautifully done, although it appears slightly incongruous against the style and lighting of the clouds behind it. However, it does a good job of covering the horizon line and adding to the ephemeral tone of the wall. This is definitely the best part of the piece.

The general layout is also well done. I think it could look even better if the scraggly vegetation on the right side were trimmed dowm, as it intrudes a bit too much. The overall effect would be much improved if the one wisp angled towards the setting sun were removed.

The weakest part of the wall is Chii's over-angular reflection in the water - it appears like a scrunched/frazzled version of the scan, rather than appearing like a wispy, blurred distortion. Perhaps the fact that the distortions don't match the water ripples could be hidden if you simply used a touch more of the fog to cover some of the reflection.

Definitely memorable, this is a job well done.
