Damn, I'm not really in the description-making mood... [strike]so I'll just make it short[/strike]. -.-

This was for the Crimson Orchestra's last battle. It was against The Foundation. We had to create a wall from a category that had no previous walls. I chose Killer 7. If you haven't played it, do so now. ;3

We also had to have a border, but for the AP version I won't have one just because I suck at making borders.

So basically, I started off vectoring a scan of Dan... that took really long to make. There are so many shades of color that you wouldn't even believe me. xD The shape layers in Illustrator were 145 I believe. o.O

I then ported it over to Photoshop where I made the entire background from scratch.

Then there is the meaning the wall... It's all inspired by The Mars Volta. Cut That City is one of their songs and the billboard points to it. The cross in the city is supposed to be a crusified Jesus. It's a modern-day one where tanks and planes are out to kill him. The city's name is Amputecture, which is for amputaded architechure. In Meccamputechure, it talks about humans being ornaments in God's arm which he will amputate. The bullets were made and they were placed that way so it leads the eye into the city.

I, myself am not a religious person, but... Meh. xD

my favorite part are the tanks, they pwnz. Personally I can't tell the character is a vector, so...props on that because taht means its awesome.

Nice vector there! I love the background you did. You vector everything very well. The style is very interesting too. It's simple but unique. You vectorized the man very well (he looks like MEN IN BLACK) lol Great job, keep that up ;)

The vector on Dan looks superb. He almost look like a 3d model in my eyes ^_^ I like the concept of the background and the colour used as well Excellent ^_^

simply beautiful >_< so neat and amazing vector you've done humm but i feel like the shadow isnt well....it look..kinda out of place..not really fit but i do love the rest of the wall since it's so beautiful o__0 catch my eyes right away :p clear and neat xD soo nice !!

I quite like that converted border wallpaper version :/ I don't know why XD But it just seems really cool and the idea is pretty neat :D I like the simple layout of the wallpaper, icon friendly for desktops :D

Very nice!

The only thing that looks off to me is the trails behind the jets...usually they are pretty straight behind the jets, and don't turn all squiggly until the jets have been out of sight for a while and the wind gets to them.

I'm sad that this passed unnoticed.. because I didn't notice it.. ;_; maybe because i've been pretty hectic lately. anyways... why "cut that city" ? -----> in no position to read the description D: what i like about this wall? I LOVE THE CLOUDS! the little what are those carts called battle things that roll on these things. and the game look of the vector. :3

Extremely nice picture! I really like the contrasts, the light and the atmosphere... I also want to tell you that the point with the picture is very good.
