wow.. I think.. I've seen this in SZ a LONG time ago. but.. As I said before. I like the wholesetup. but the bg is just a screenshot, so not to my taste, and direct use of screenshot isn't allowed. :/ best would be to simply vector it. but nice job on getting it Accepted~!

Nice clean and smooth vector, good job with it ;) The background is a little blurry, but I guess that's a pretty neat idea, just draws you into looking at the vector rather than the background xD But those hearts are a little random, but hey, pretty neat wallpaper :3

I don't really think that there should be shadows under the hearts. The shadows in her hair t-shirt don't seem to be complete.

It's so cool!! I like the clouds!! They're looks so fluffy and yummy!! But I don't really like how the scan looks, it kinda of doesn't fit in with the BG. I mean cause it's still kinda of has the lines on it. It would looks kinda of better vectored! But it's still a good wall though! I'm adding to my fav!
