I really love the simplicity and effectiveness of this piece. The vectors seem to be well done and work very well with the style you have gone with. This would really go well on a shirt, maybe without the underlying text, be a form in inside joke ;) ... but i digress. Really good work!

However the little background thing is kinda distracting towards the overall wallpaper in my opinion.

If you had eliminated the "reeds" then I think the wallpaper would have a really great effect.

It's an interesting idea and a really well done wall.. but I don't think that Ghost+Shell=Motoko. Just watch Innocense, Solid State Society or Tachikomatic Days - Not a lot of Motoko in any of that, but it's still GITS.

A bit odd to see a wall like this concidering that GITS does not have much humor (if you don't count the manga, that is).SAC has quite a bit of humour here and there. Who can forget the scene where Motoko has Batou punch himself out, or at the end of 1st Gig where the guys make fun of Batou.

Lololololol, i have too put thought into this. i never got why then named it"ghost in the shell" (and still dont) and that kinda pisses me off. but i like your background a lot. Ghost=Soul and shell=body. It's all about wether you are still human if you no longer have an organic body, and also wether non-organic things can develop "souls".

About all I can say is funny otherwise this wallpaper has nothing else going for it. Your vectors are well done but there it no though in the background. I think you put to much of your focus on the little joke. Good color choices anyway.
