Excellent job! Especially for a first time! All kinds of love for the Train-kun! ^^ I actually rather like the bg on this piece it works well with the main image to support the lighting feel and the glowier texture of the piece. Gives it a feel slightly out of the everyday I guess. Anyway I like that. ^^ Makes a lovely desktop piece, good job on your first run! I look forward to seeing more!

Nice job, just got a little critiq on the background though. Too blurry and an overkill on sparkles. For a first time paper, its quite nice.

This wallpaper is very well put together for your first time. The elements of the wall are exelent and sit nicely with all the other elements. The cityscape might have better suited this but it looks great just the way it is.

First wallpaper, huh? I still remember my first wallpaper... Well, this one you did is not bad, great job on lighting effects. The blurred BG is okay, I guess, but the glittersparks are a bit of an overkill... They do add some flavour to the wall but I feel like something is missing...

Another thing you could improve is image quality. For that blurry BG, the characters should look a bit sharper I think. While Sven looks fine, Train is sort of desaturated compared to him. The least I can advise is adjusting the levels for the whole wall to bring out the stocks and give it more of a contrast...

I like the way the text looks, but am not sure it is in the best place on the wall... Maybe you should try moving it around a bit to see where it suits best?

The signature could be a little more creative... Plain Times New Roman really throws the wall off imo. And, moreover, the "characters" line is pretty much unreadable where it goes over Sven's white suit...

Nice attempt overall... Main two suggestions are levels adjustment and signature improval. It's a good start! Good luck on your future walls, and sorry if I was a bit harsh there =)

I really like this wallpaper, and I was going to save it until I saw one detail in particular that is out of place: the XIII on Train's chest is backwards! Was your source image like this to begin with or did you flip it yourself to fit your design? I can't bring myself to save it because of the error >.<

Nice Wallpaper! I have seen Black Cat just yesterday. I Like it very much.

You know, this is one of those walls where a full view makes all the difference. It looks great! I really like the background (even if you didn't make a cityscape as planned), and all the little stars give it some limelight, as well as the vertical light streaks (which look much better in full view - which you might want to note on your description). The characters are a tad lost in the background, but this allows your text to pop right out and I like the effect that is created because of it. Very nice job!

For this to be your first wallpaper, I have to say that you did an amaxing job with it.

The characters in this wallpaper are surrounded by light making them stand out more in the composition. However, to make that not so strong, you did a nice blurring effect by using Swen's tobacco smoke. You also changed the auto-levels of the scan to a more yellowish tone so that it fits better in the background.

The concept of the background is also very interesting. Even if it's blurred, one can recognize a city-ish feeling in it, which fits the Black Cat series atmosphere like a glove.

Overall, great job!
