for start it's a really good job, but i guess you could improve the quality of the outline borders of the scan (it seems jaggy) and the water on the fountain could be better made...

that aside, it's a good background scenery... ;-)

as the admin of the scenic wallers group i have to give a comment :p ok it's a nice scene u got there, but sorry, it's been ruined during the execution. the weakness here is the difference of styles used: you got vector here, realistic texture there, photoshoped grass here, and stock photo there. mixed together, it destroys the attention of the viewer. you have to smoothen your textures so it looks like drawing, use something else for grass than the original PS brush, make a sky that has depth, etc... to me the best part is surely the stairs, very well done, congratz. the path leading to it has a realistic texture that flaws it thon and it lacks perspective and depth too. the hills in the back... dont use cutout filter on stock photo :p you could have painted them, it'd have been great i'm sure. well, take what i said in consideration, and you'll achieve a much better wall. good luck

A very good wall. The only suggestion I have is blurring the fountain just a tad since the background is slightly blurred/fuzzy. This will make it look like focus is on the character and will keep all the elements in the background consistent.

Very nice. You put a lot of hard work into it and it paid off. I have a friend who is a fan of this series. I'll show it to them the next time I get the chance.

I'm disapointed to full viewing the wallpaper... You mixed realistic (orange yellow path, fountain stone, somehow not fitting grass...) and drawing-like elements (the scan of that dear Hughes, the stairs and the hills on the far background...) and the outcome is not that nice in my opinion... The stairway is nicely done though. I don't know but seems that the even with vectoring some of the scan's outlines are not smooth at all. Still, I think that it's a nice scenic wallpaper! Keep up the hard work ^_^

It seems a little scattered, with the different texture and everything, but it's otherwise quite nice.

I really like this it really show another side of hughes. I mean by all the different clothing and the beautiful park in the bg, i love the colors used as well, it really shows the mood and nice aura. Great job!! ^0^
