I absolutely love this concept! When I was working on my other wall I decided its way too big. So I had this other wall that I was working on and this is the wall that will be for the WTC as a tribute as you can see the Twin Towers in the horizon. Sky High came to me because I started making the clouds a little too high in fact just enough for an idea. The idea to have Kurumi to be in this wall, Now all of you know she can jump pretty high up but I wanted to have this idea where she uses special angelic powers to jump enough to reach the clouds (kinda stretches the truth huh? XD). Now I was thinking angel wings but If I did it would block the sun which is the true point of this wall. To give you that warm feel when you look at this.
Also the city below I opened the clouds just enough to show you the city and in the horizon as well. I started adding detail to Kurumi and Nakahito interacting with the suns rays. Its actually a major pain to try and do this but I did and there is probably something you can tell me that isnt right haha but you guys are polite to my works and I appreciate that. Anyway the other wall thats taking a long time I will submit it for you guys an original piece. But for now enjoy what is done. Some of the other buildings (and I think that's the Statue of Liberty) are sort of too close, if not taller in height of the Twin Towers.
When you first showed me this piece as you were working on it, I sort of thought you'd have sort of a solemn theme to it. I personally feel that the mood of the scan does not fit the supposed theme.
Even so it's quite beautiful, and I'd love to see just a sceneric version. ^^

I dunno this story but I like that background. the light from the sun make me something weird, don't you think so?
I also can see the horizan among ground and the sky and the color on the sky was cool

the bg looks really good... i like the sunset..i like the clouds. i also like the color of this one.. i just don't like how are they are posed..maybe put something that has wings or an angel??maybe.. but good work..

Cool clouds and colors, but the choice of scan is really meh. Also, the lighting on the scan looks really fake. Thanks for the 1600x1200 though.

Oh...I feel like in a fairytail>Where is this dreamland I want to go there :sweat: :( !You make so,so splendid walls...I really enjoy them and everytime I see one of your walls i feel like in Wonderland but the atmosphere seems even dreamier than Wonderland ^_^' ! Suh a mystic night you made,such a mistic girl she seems...very attractive!I am starting to feel even sad now :( because the world we live in is actually so ugly,so sad and most of all so bad...I depressed myself :( :( :( !Ah but tomorrow I'll feel better but with all that I can not to notice the real world...I want to be a guardian of the fountain too :sweat: because the whole background seems and feels so paceful and magic!I love the colours,the effects,the entire background looks splendid!I remained without words today..I can't seem to say anything more except "extraordinary","splendid" but what can I say when I see so many pieces of art T_T !Ohh...see ya!
