I love scenic walls and this one is truly amazing. Your use of texture is really great and it gives the wallie a canvas painting effect and in conjunction with the colours of the background..it gives a sort of calm feeling. the scenery view from the window is awesome! and nice transmutation circle! the heavy texturing in the bottom left corner does play with 2-d/3-d a bit, as the texture itself is flat and the image is 3-dimensional. ah, but I do love the color for the mountains. in the thumbnail i see that the horizontal lines of the window are not parallel, as they change angles...but in full view, I noticed the angle change in the least subtle of them: for that window bar/thingy right above the one resting on the sill, the unparallel quality becomes rather obvious and at first I thought it was a mistake (because the downward slope from left to right is a bit much). guess not. well, awesome job! ^^

it's a bit blurry and grainy but damn it's so unique as a FMA wall... here goes a fav for me just for that and of course the perfect color combo that gives the melancoly feeling

This really derserve an A! I really had love this wallpaperbecause the fact that the background was painted. The transmutation circle was somehow changed differently. Mostly how there was no one in the wallpaper. Usually wallpapers have a person in it, but this didn't and it was only the pictures of things that surrounds us. Last is the words she put. It was in a vertical way instead of often straight and actually the quote matched well with the wallpaper theme. This had definitely go in my favs. ^__^

Your walls are always so beautiful. This scenic wall shows your skill even more and magnifies it. I love the textures and the painted look, the room is very well done too. And the power circle is really cool, and it blends well together with the other thinfs in the wall. It doesn't stand out, it's become one witht the wallpaper already.

I must be going nuts or something. I don't know why I'm even doing this or even why I'm even considering making this wall. Probably because I just wanted be one of those best gfx artists around or maybe I just wanted to have a wall that could at least get noticed. Sometimes I wish that this "determination" and being a perfectionist-personality of mine could at least stop. But no it isn't. I'll keep on trying until I get my expected results. I was always used to being really succesful; I was one of the most artistic, brightest, well-behaved, loved or favorite, role-model and talented students in my school; and a 2nd place winner in a digital mother's day greeting card competition when I was still 9 or 10 years old, defeating a lot of people who are older than me (some were in their teens like 15 and above). I guess that I got so wrapped up in success and determination since childhood that it has become a part of who I am. Despite all of these, I should never ever forget that life isn't about fame and glory. There is a much more deeper meaning to it that I could never explain. I should always remember that I'm only and started photoshopping because it's my passion. It's not about me. Nothing else. I guess that's what inspired me to finish this wall. This is my first vector and it showed my love for music. It may not be "one of those greats" but it will be one of my most accomplished graphics that I'll be proud of someday.

You just proved the you can make a great wallpaper without a character scan myth. I love the scenic look. The transmutation circle is the only thing I can see that relates to Fullmetal Alchemist since the landscape that is shown doesn't get shown in the anime. The lighting is great, I didn't notice if you rotated this horizontally the lighting looks much better but it wouldn't really be realist then would it. You could probably loose the text on the floor, but at least its not obtrusive.

waah ~ this is wonderful ! really love the bluish and greenish colours you have chosen, they are so peaceful and some way they give mysticalness for the atmosphere. the light orangish colour on the floor and between the mountains fits with the bluish and greenish colours really nicely it's also brings brightening and light effect well from the window. inaccuracy look on the background over the mountains gives feeling that there would be light mist which emphasize the mysterious touch in them. light coming from window looks nice and shadings it creates are pretty, especially the parts where orangish colour blends with bluish and greenish tones. that cirle on the ground is nice detail and fits well for the theme. the glowing effect the circle has gives magical touch and with the background it creates some way little fantasy like touch for the atmosphere. overall wallpaper is very neat ~ though it looks simple, it's still pretty and interesting ! great work and thank you for sharing !

I really love this one, in the animation, the transmutation circle appears as sth dark but here it seem to be a part of nature itself. You hand-painted this? I was going to say this belonged in the scans section as it looked like the artist did it herself. Simply amazing, you even fade out the backround to provide the illusion of distance. This is what a good job looks like and nothing else needs to be said. To critique this would be to waste words, you seem to know what you're doing.
