lol....omg, another one made from sheer boredom >.< anyways, I like the vector style, but I don't think the colors and style of Tenma really matches the background. I think you can something with the sky, but I don't think it really matters =/ Besides that, it's pretty good.

nice clean vector. but you could make it look nicer by applying some gaussian blur to the colour portions (step 7b) to give it a softer look?

the font used doesn't suit the wallpaper. something which fits a little bit with the clouds and the vector style would be good.

oh, nice one xD i have on complaint >.>the lines of the vector if the girl...i'd like to see them slightly thicker. not as thick as the rest, but slightly thicker. because i think the contrast between the 2 is just too much right now. but otherwise, i love the fun simplicity of it. it looks like some animefan gone graffiti artist may put up on a wall xD

The onlines are really effective in emphasizing the image. I think the font you used is okay too. Great job!

Looks nice, clean and well cut. It seems to leave an impression of a happy go lucky attitude ( well for me anyway ).

Very clever, but I'm not sure I like that thick white line around the character image, and I'm not sure the text is quite smooth enough. Nice job on the vectoring though.

At first it dosn't seem like a lot but it is real effective and I really like it a lot.

It's a very simple wallpaper. I love it!

The bottom right portion of Tenma's mouth looks squarish. It isn't obvious, but you might want to make it a little rounder. And I'm not really sure about the blue outline around the text, but it looks alright (although I think it's the reason why your text looks a little jagged).

Other than that, this wallpaper looks awesome. :)
