Byakuya! The wallpaper looks very nice. I'm particularly fond of the swirls found throughout the wall. They give the wallpaper a regal~ish look that fits Byakuya well. The text near the bottom is also pretty cool. The font is a nice choice.

i love the different colors of the blue in the wallpaper! its looks sooo cool! i notice that he doesn't have his captain coat but he still looks cool! the patten around him look great!

Love the image. And the colours I think match the character well. I also like the fading, but what I don't care for is how at the center of the piece it has that very white streak... Me being OCD.

Oh, Nii-sama looks absolutely stunning in this wallpaper. The icy blue color theme make him glow, pop up and stand out all out once. That is a nice font you used, it goes well nicely with the pic. Those beautiful textures and brushes you used make Byakuya look even more amazing than normal.
