The background is a bit plain and I'm not to fond of the reddish brown. Very nice face though, haha.

the glow is a bit too much. instead of the glow, try making the hair more detailed.

definately cool; i question some of the colour choices (cool blues/pinks in the eyes/hair with what appears to be a warm red background, this could just be my calibration however) but well illustrated.
