what fantastic pose of her you used!! it's incredibly perfect, it's hard to describe... her drowned face, along with the pictures used in the windows on the bg are great! the footsteps also, everything is brilliant, and of course, bloody coloured wallpaper...

I would say that the background is a great example of what she might be feeling inside, given her profession and all. She has to see this day in and day out so i would imagine that it haunts her inside. And I wouldn't doubt that she longs to get out of it somehow. And also, I love the mostly hidden skull in the lower part of the background. It blends in there so well, I think that many people might have missed it. Great work.

Awesome! Definetely this wall is kunda creepy, but is really good. The background is good, I like the contrast between red and black, also the expression Enma Ai has is great, you mixed her image billiantly with the background. Very good job.

The background is very interesting, though the blood red color is a bit much on it. It'd look like a bloodbath. The other pictures are good. The girl really looks lonely, as she's standing before the window. It's a nice wallpaper, though the background could be more colorful.

Love the traditional evil stuff paintings out of Japan _ and_ the traditional evil skull photo (kind of reminds me of a Megadeth album cover)

There is definately nothing out of place in this one. The stuff on the floor (footprints?) looks like a copy-paste shortcut, but it's not bad enough to hurt this wall. I'm going to creep my co-workers out by putting this one up on my screen tomorrow.

looks good, thats for sure, but... didnt you do the extraction a bit sloppily? i mean, the fingers on her right hand just dont look good, crippled even dunno, maybe its not your fault, but you should have reapaired that, uhh the bg on the other hand if magnificent, stylish, creepy and even a bit original

I appreciate the composition, the textures are wonderful. To tell the truth, I thought this was a Lain WP when I first saw it. It makes me want to go out and find this Anime for rent. Very angsty--looks like something on a teenager's desktop. =)

The thing that aggravates me most about the standard run of Jigoku Shoujo wallpapers is the blank expression on Ai's face in most of them. One of the most powerful things about the anime in general is Ai's emotions and inner turmoil. If you left that out of the wallpaper, you'd have Vampire Princess Miyu ALTERNATE RETELLING with no real plot or evolution.

That said, I'm extremely happy to see you captured something other than a lack of feeling.
