Very cool scenery set up, also cool that its close related to the series as you described. I was wondering one thing; how can she open the door when she is holding something with both hands XP:P:P:P. the wall just needs a few tips here and there. its a bit grungy ore something like. Next to that i find the lightning somehow weard. like on her face. And yeah the eye is to glowy spacy compared with the rest of the wall. oh yea, this is the heart and soul of higurashi lil cute girl makin a face scary enough to make marilyn manson tremble like a beaten puppy gotta love it i could almost say that every single detail fits, however, i cant get rid of the feeling that every question needs a question mark and you even placed 2 questions there, without one single question mark, lol

...My god..I'm convinced you are one of the best wallers out there. Seriously, I'm not trying to suck up or anything, but literally. I love this wall. I absolutely cannot get enough of it. First off, I love the scene you chose (and yes, I never got it either how she can be holding a bento with both hands and tugging at the chain as well) and I agree, calm before the storm is much scarier than it would be with her just screaming, especially with her facial expression. Oh yes, did I mention that I absolutely love the eyes? Cause I do =x. Aside from the only other flaws that you already know, the only other thing is the text in the bg (that's somewhat blended in) That's the ONLY thing that gets to me. Otherwise this is a flawless wallpaper and one of the BEST Higurashi walls I've ever seen. Probably ever will. It freaks me out and is my new desktop. Keep up the amazing work \o.

great wallpaper. it really looks cool. and mysterious if i may add. love the feel and composition of this wall. Having the text as a focal point doesn't seem to bad in this and in fact it looks great. and i usually don't like text in wallpapers especially ones that are considerably large. but you pulled it perfectly that i don't care at all. good work on this wallpaper. i like your style. added to my favorites.

Well, I was browsing through the thumbnails and this instantly caught my eye :)

Naturaly this is one of those " moments " in Higurashi that those of us who have watched it clearly remember; definitly one of the best scenes we saw in Onikakushi-hen. Which to my surprise now though.., it also makes a great wallpaper :D

Realy, you couldn't have chosen a better screenshot to vector, the concept despite how simple it is.. amazingly works out perfectly for a wallpaper; beeing it because of such that I am also so surprised at how good it looks :)

In fact, only one aspect makes this wallpaper from flawless in my prespective, aspect this beeing its Texture; probably this was due to the process you used while vectoring... in which you could have eventualy "cleaned" it a bit. However like previously mencioned, the idea is great, and how it (as a concept) works on a wallpaper is even more :), so... adding to the fact that you did all of this from screenshots aswell, the texture detail isn't realy of much relevance.

Hence, needless for me to say... This is an awsome Higurashi wall :D Many thanks, and good luck with your future projects!

Not only I like the vectoring, but it's the scene that grabs me fully. I love these kind of scenes where Rena changes her personality from a cute, nice girl to a interrogating demon. She scare me some times, but the words are just right and it a fav. Believe me, I don't lie about favs.

Anyway more on your wall...I'm liking what you did but the wall seems like its a little to...bright for what you were trying to capture for this scene plus there is a few minor things already mentioned so I won''t go into much detail about that so all I got to say is enjoy the rest of the series.

I like the way the colours are excellent; they are rich without being overpowering, the look on her face makes me think whoever she is going to visit has another girl in there in a "compromized" position.

Goodness I remember watching this around midnight, there was a blackout right after her eye popped out, and I knew I was alive because my heart was beating so loud and fast when everything turned pitchblack. Enough about my memorable moments. I agree that the text is a bit out of place, probably lower??? The light switch idea is nice, with some dark shades on the door because I think it was raining that day.

I've never seen this anime but its a cute wall maybe i'll check it out sometime

Fav Scare, I truly love this moment in the show so this wall means a lot to me. every thing works fine but 2 things i would differ on would be, The shadow should look like he is holding a phone, And i think your trying to get a chalk effect for the text i would look around for a font with a better quality look. I like this wallpaper a lot, but I somehow feel that it would be a lot creepier without the text effects. Which is the original feeling of that scene.
