For The Barrel icy passion

I'm impressed by the painting effort (over 900 layers!)...but I would like to see some kind of text on there (in the mid-lower right).

The background is very nice, it looks like a paint. The icy environment, the lake, the hills, the Moon... they're lookking very nice. The characters face, and hair looks a bit strange, though. She's beautiful, anyway. She fits to the background, nice wallpaper.

The vector is awesome, as well with the patterns .... This vector is very well detailed ... The only thing that bother me is the background : i don't really like the brushes you used for your mountains and sun ... But maybe it was the look you wanted ^^ Overall it is a very good job ...

man thats alot of detail you put into the vector the results show fantastic effort with the eyes and hair and the lips came out great its got a touch of grayserg's stylee to it well done

The little symbols or markings on her face look really cool too.

That's alot of work on the vector! But it was really worth it! It looks so fancy and detailled! That's very nice ^^ The backgound is nice too (done with the wet brush only o_O and from scratch!) However, I don't feel that it fits the character and her style! She is so much detailled while the background is so blurry and brushy that it does not fit the scan actually (that's my opinion at least) Still, that's a lot of work! Congratulations on the result! It is really impressive! I hope that my university exams will be finished soon too =_= Keep up the hard work!

Ok, the only problem I see here is... WHY DOES THIS NOT HAVE MORE FAVS, COMMENTS AND DOWNLOADS!?!?!?! Shit, this is one of the better vector works of this year. C'mon people! What's wrong with you!? Don't worry about that though, CarbonR, people at AP can be strange with favs in my opinion. Great great job! Wish I could Fav it a hundred times!

Great... Man, else one-two same wallpapers as this one, and you make me love the vectors again:) Interesting work, though (900 layers - it's madness:) maybe it only my opinion, but the floral ornaments looks somehow ...confusingly...it's too mixed. Another one without ornaments looks more comfortably. And I would be like more colors or shades. But I love the glow there. Overal - good work. I like it.

yes she looks like she can be the ice queens daughter, but she seem alittle sadder, but its quite nice over all

AMAZING!! I'm shocked here... you made the girl with a level of detail amazing!! Her eyes are incredible!! And the background is also soo nice, a very good painting... but the "plus", imo, goes for the girl... she is lovely beautiful!!!

I'm very impressed with your vector work since it is marvelous. Your background seems very beginner in comparison to the character but its a start in learning digital painting. Nice work with the lighting. I love you eye work. Simply astoundingly gorgeous. Hope to see more stuff like this from you in the future ;).

OOO I finallly get to see this. :D I actually saw this wall before I saw your message on my UP. I gotta say, I'm quite impressed with how it came out! The vector is really good. Just the floral designs are a little too much, in a sense that, some of them don't really go with the flow of the vector. btw. HOW did you get those floral designs? did you draw them by yourself with pen tool and then stroke outline? no right? or maybe yes? I really want to know >< I guess the forte is the vector then the minor problem is the background. I don't quite find it help the vector to be more appealing. It doesn't really add to the overall wall, I think you could have made it more enveloping to the heart and striking. rather than .. fuzzy sort of feeling, a grander/sharper bg would be better. I hope you understand what I'm saying. I'm not very good at expressing myself half of the time as you can see. Overall. yea, I know you worked on this for so long, and thoroughtly impressed that you got to finish it. Great Job.!! keep it up! Don't be lazy like me. xp :3 +fav

this is quite impressive.. I love the way you vectored the scan. the lighting is incredible. However.. I have to say I'm not at all fond of the background :X personally I would have preferred something simple in the same style as the character... or just.. something in the same vector style. Still, I have to admit that the vector is very beautiful <3

Nice, especially the vector work you did. The only issue is that the background doesn't really match the scan that well, or atleast the technique you used. Painting would be ok if you knew how to blend vector and paint together, but in this case they really don't blend and clash too much. Add the fact the the background looks more smudged than actually painted (which is probably due to the wet brush) which doesn't really match at all with the sharpness of the vector. I would have either vectored the background as well, and then eventually painted just a tiny bit over it, or just gone for pure vector style. It would have probably worked better, in my opinion. But hey, that's a nice try nonetheless, keep practicing! :)

I'm loving all the blue wallpaper that are coming out. I think you did a good job on this wallpaper.

and the tonality of the paper, being all blue, makes it even cooler!

Icy blue vector,nothing else can describe this picture other than looking cold windy and snowy passion,the effects are drastic in a very nice way,the panorama with the moon looks a bit weird but still good,and the girl's face with those striking effects is awesome,this is definitely something,that is worth art of passion,its great i like it very much,well done.
