A wallpaper created by a friendly 1-vs-1 battle back in the days when the battleground project still runned on AP. The war has ended now and this challenge never ended so to say. It was after the CO left the war, so it wasnt even a official challenge but still i found it lots of fun to do. The goal was to make a propaganda wallpaper for the other army so: Beckor (EVI) vs Gat (CO) so i made this crimson orchestra wallpaper! It resembles lots of CO feautures imo XP a unshaven hero with a gun, a hot chick that can cook (look at that knife XP ) and some dudes wearing goggles :P I had this finished for a long while so it might be a bit outdated :P CO colours are of course (communistic) red and all.
Trivia: The CO-army logo is a 'khanda' a religious symbol from the eastern world religions. Wiki offers more info.

This is utterly hilarious. I doubt anyone how isn't familiar with the battleground would get the whole thing, but this is really cool, Beckor. AND it's a darn fine paper! The subject is well-seated in the right 2/3, and the text in the back is awesome and painstakingly printed. The grungified brush work on the symbol and the lower right draws the eye nicely over all the business, and it's a great effect. Only thing that could make it more funny, if not "better" would be the possibly addition of a more "communistic" (as you say) font. I've seen some good Russian lettering font sets out there, and that would just crack me up with the very Russian feel Metal Gear has (IMO), as well as driving home the tounge-in-cheek comparison between CO and CCCP. XD

I got to go play golf right now, and then I will finish up texturing on my wall, and then I will have to set it to render, which will take about 6 hours, so I will try to submit it by the end of the day.

Wow, this is very creative. I like the red and white combination. This somewhat looks similar to your Eureka 7 wallpaper. Putting the members into this wall is also a very smart idea. Good job!

The snail this quite is creation. I like a red and the white union. This tries to be the beginning of history in the some Eureka your 7 wallpaper. The fact that it puts the member with this wall also is quite clever idea. Good one! The wallpaper it is beautiful.
