Hello, I think you did a great job on this wall, especially since it's your first! Great extraction on the scan, and the use of textures to create your floor was well done. The only things I would have done differently were to not make Rei sitting in a water puddle, and to not have the darker spots on the floor behind her exactly symetrical. Still, I look forward to see what you do next! Great job!

• one blunder (imo) - it might've looked better without that many outlines (of the tiles in the second scan)
• nice, rainy scenery
• Rei doesn't really fit in well enough, it's a bit too sharp and rough compared to the rest of the wall

One of my favorite anime images ever and you did a great job using it with the background. Very nice concept.

looks simple but at the same time is a great idea, fresh and cool. the background colors make a good balance with Rei's expression. I like for the very first time. ^^

I think you did a great job. You respected the perspective of the original scan which has Rei looking up. I really like the ditry "after the rain" look of the floor and the little water puddle is a nice touch.

You did a very good job for your first wall. I think maybe you should add some shadows to Rei. The background colors fit the scan and nice job on the extraction. Keep the work up.

In my opinion the wallpaper would be better with just the background. Maybe that's because I don't like this scarecrow-styled picture of Rei too much.

She looks so pretty! So feminine =)

I love the background and the overall concept. I would have preffered a nicer font for the credit, possible white set at screen or overlay? Its a bit distracting and somewhat hard to read. The scan is cut out very well, good job on that :). I also like the shadow, especially the one on her right leg.

Wowies, this wallpaper is quite impressive. I like the texture and the after raining affects, you pulled that off really well. The scan of Rei is cleanly extracted and the Nerv logo has some really nice effect to it. The water puddle is awesome but it would be nice if Rei wasn't sitting on one ^^ Overall, beautiful work!

I love this wallpaper. Simple yet so much detail in the textures, background. The water rippling around her foot is an excellent touch. To improve it you could increase the shadow to bring out darker/richer colours and also increase the highlight just a little to give the illusion of sunlight.

Wow, you've really chosen the background colours well. They completely contrast the bright/vibrant colours of Rei, so your focus is really drawn to her. I love the effect of the water, subtle but still noticeable. Instant fav!

I like your art subject, she's wearing yellow (XD) The background however is so gloomy. I would have her on a grassy meadow with some flowers (more yellow? XD). As long as the background matches her clarity it should be good; I'm just the cheery bg type ;)
