Air Gear Simca's Objective

cool i love AG, especialy new simca and last episodes of season 1 where awesome. i like the set up and the moon but it looks a bit strange. I surtainly hope you submit the vector 'Beckor

I'd get rid of the raster lines on the chara - it looks weird and doesn't really improve the scan.

**I stopped reading the Air Gear manga a while back but seeing the new Simca just might bring me back to it!

Anyway about the wall: I'm not sure if you vectored Simca and just addded raster lines or not but Simca just doesn't seeem as clean to me as she should be. Also Scans from manga tend to look a little differnet than scans from other sources since they're more of a black and white media which depends heavily on inks and screentone. Your CG style makes it look to flat and it seems to have bad contrast. You might have to experiment next time and just improvise some parts. (Like redraw a few lines, change the way the character is shaded, etc.)

I would agree with the others, that the raster lines don't add to the image. I also would have added harsher lighting to Simca because of the presence of the moon. I'm not a fan of the mountain but that's my personal feeling. It's a great image of Simca and I like your color choice.

...[has no idea what raster lines are, so she won't even try and pretend] Are those the diagonal lines? Because if they are... yeah, the wall would probably look better without them :O But the coloring is mah-tee fine :O Ugh; any CG coloring I do looks so amateur ._.;;

Oh!Great's wall's are chock full of fanservice XD I mean... nevermind. But still; Air Gear holds a special place in my heart, and this wall clocks the transformation for one of my fave characters :3 Simca's got quite a following at AP, doesn't she? XD [looks at the latest 4 Air Gear walls] Hmm, 3 out of 4... not bad, Tsubame no Simca >3

one of the better air gear wallpapers i have seen out there. great scan, very sexy and love the bright effect. also the effects adds great contraast to the bg, very nice!

I don't how colorful to Simca of the manga and put painting her in the AP, it's incredible.

simca <3 the picture itself could use more shades of pink in the hair and more blue/gray in her skirt i kinda think the building should be tilted/rotated to the left a lil to match the direction of the way that she is standing

Hello ! first of all i am not gona judge your skills, i am sure you do great and i really like this wallpaper, but i do agree with only one of the people who commented your wallpaper, (mtl) who is enough right, if you could just set the details he did mention you would have a wallpaper nearer to perfect, in any case, the colours are great even if i do not know really much on air gear, take care, hope to see more of your works, bye

This wallpaper is very cute...the scan is very good and i like the scan you chose to use^^...even if i would have changed the background...it is a little too simple...i think a more complex one would have been better...however the wall is very good...great job...my compliments^^

Really beautiful wallpaper, nice and calm. With neutral colours too... Green. But again, I liked nearly all Adhumi Tohru's creation. A really well done wallpaper, though I think you need some fixing on the forest just on the top of the hand. I think it is better that way. Good job!

That's Gorgeous. Seriously. Love the scan used, and she looks really hot there. The colors are beautiful. Kinda spoilerish though, for me. I havn't gotten to the part where she cuts her hair. Nice job.

Simca looked better with long hair (at least I like her better with long hair), but this wallpaper actualy made me like her with short hair. Love the colouring, the background, everything. Simple, clean, good.

Great wallpaper. Nicely done. You could have maybe did the mountain in the background a bit better. I like the moon, but for some reason something about it seems a bit off. Maybe it is too big or not enough of a color variant?

Really nice job i like the way the corpse is its something really dificult to draw well thats really for me (9+_+) any way i like the colors a lot they are really great with the caracter i havents seen that anime but the wall will be on my computer believe it or not |(n_n)| thks anyway and keep working like that n n see ya !! |(o_o)
