I know, this is a very simple wallie, but I just Love it that way. I made the vector last week from a Mai-Hime scan. It is the fourth vector I made. I was going for something plain, smooth and calming with this wallpaper, since I made it to welcome my new widescreen lcd monitor. :) That's when the sunset came to my mind. I looked at the cevtor I made, and just thought, I need some palm trees. So I made som palm trees. The vectors are black and white. I tried some other things too, but I think it is the best of all. No textures, brushes or text. Just what I had in mind:P
This is my second submission. I think I'll submit some more later, when I manage to make something good enough. In widescreen of course:D

Nice vectoring job, I like the scan!! The wall is quite simple, but I like it a lot, the palm trees look so good on it!! This wall seems so calm and peaceful, but the colors makes it looks with some strong visual emotion!! I like what I saw on it!! congrats, good wall!

The thumbnail doesn't do this justice. On full view, everything looks great, sharp and clean. I don't know if palm trees are the first thing I would have thrown in the background, but it still looks good.

The background is really good, even though it's mostly red, and black colored. The palm trees, the beach, and the sky looks very nice, too. The character looks good, she fits to her environment well. Nice wallpaper.

Good job on the vector. The thumbnail (and zoom) don't show the crisp and clarity of the acutal wall. I share your opinion on the simpleness. If I had to change one thing I would make the fill the character with a solid color or a different gradiant than the background. Great job.

Hello. i must admit, the idea of the red and black as only colour is a wonderful one, i still do not agree with the fact that you had to show so much of her body because the picture itself is alredy great, showing this did not make the picture nicer but still i do believe that you have more than talent, keep it up, i shall b watching over more of your work

You should really put your name on your walls though, so no one can place it on their sites, claiming it to be theirs. I've seen that happen all too often to great walls....
By the way, has anyone noticed the typo on the wall? It's title is Misty night, by it says Misty Might on the wall
