I can't really tell about the quality of the vector cause I'm not on my computer and the screen here is pretty bad... But anyway the composition and the colors look fine to me! :)

I guess you could add someting in the eye and some details in the background but it's fine the way it is :)

A very funny picture of Kaorin indeed in ya wallpaper and as you said it really does lack something in this wall. The characters head is so big, I think the head can't be used for a wallpaper cos it's really distracting. Nonetheless, a funny picture to have
