Nice group shot. I can't read the text but they each seem to be identified at the top.
Go to your drive in the device manager and select optimize for quick removal uner the properties tab
essentially disables the write cache and should stop those errors
If I ignore the warning and dont scan+fix than it wont read on anything except a computer. I'm just going to use it as storage and buy a new one for my tv
