You've got a very successful and powerful wallpaper going here. I also note many of the different changes that you had to make to turn this into a submittable version. I definitely have to commend you for all of that hard work. On that same note, I do have a few things that I noticed that should maybe be modified in the future.

The first thing I noticed was all of the flowers that are on the steps and around the stained glass. They seem to have the innate ability to stand out like a basic vector over a high-resolution scanned image. Maybe those needed some altering as for shading before being placed onto the background there. They do fit in in their own unusual way as they are now, but I think it would have been a lot better to have nice extracted looking images there to keep everything looking like one original scan.

Another thing I notice is her one hand ((I guess it would be her right, but the one on the left if you're looking at it.)) It has the look of being vectored and placed over the scan image. I think it has to do with the brightness of the colors of her hand. Maybe you could just tone down the brightness a little bit on that hand to give it the same color appearance as the rest of her body. I think the same thing as the hand also applies to the lace coming down from her hair on the same side. It has a very hard edge at the end ((almost as if it got cut off)) and the brightness of it stands out in an unusual way.

I do really like the way that the lighting was applied to the wallpaper. It really makes a difference in the overall mood of the entire piece. I think the major two parts of that effect are the way that the light emphasizes her figure from the window and how the steps don't have an entirely consistent color. They seem to have dark and light spots that make them all the more interesting. I think I would have to give this wallpaper a good two thumbs up for quality and design. Keep up the good work!

I really don't know where to begin. I wish I knew, but there are just so many wonderful things to state about this wallpaper that I really can't. Neko, you've become on HELL of a waller. Literally. This is, by far, one of the best walls I've seen in a long time. I could ramble on and on about this, like I use to, but words can't begin to describe this wall. Only thing I can really say is something this amazing should be highlighted. Fav definately.

This is without a doubt a impressive work, even in the thumbnail it instantly caught my eye.

Now, despite the fact that I am a Huge Rozen Maiden fan, in terms of background this has definitly to be one of the best I have seen to date; you did an outstanding work vectoring it in such perfection from the OP, surely it must have been a tremendous task to acomplish, but all and all so worth it.

On an overall basis the entire quality is pretty solid, even including on the image of Sui you chose to place; but to me the strong point on this wallpaper is definitly be the background. Great work Neko, it is a great Suisei Seki wallpaper, there is no question about it :)

It was quite interesting though Rozen's the third stage had been telecasted in here Japan.

I don't know English and for this reason it is that I use a program to translate what I write and I read and maybe be not easy to read what write.
I imagine the work that this wallpaper gave him/her, the details in the stained glass window were very good, he/she gave a touch in the excellent work, I tried to read his/her comment to know better than is treated, but my program didn't help a lot to understand what was written and for this reason I can be speaking nonsense, but I believe that it has been you same that he/she has made the stained glass window with the details and if really you were, it went a great idea to illustrate his/her work better.
