I have yet to see that 1st episode xD I wish you vectored the whole character, not just his face. The text, however, looks awesome.

i saw the first ep 2day also, i find a bit of strange anime, like hiphop meets azianation. I like the serys very cool and bloody. But for this vector indd a larger shot would have been better. And i also dont quite get the setting yet of old-days samurai people in a now-a-days civilisation with cell phones and mecha. Whut bizare time lapse they created. Cant wait for more episodes and more walls 'Beckor

Alright another nice wall by ed9e. First: dark colors, definitely goes with the whole wall and its atmosphere, second: it´s simple which is always good. I don´t know, whole wall is tastefully put together, pretty neat. Shame storm-and-fire made such a nice wall otherwise these would go straight to my favs. Nice job again ed9e, honestly.

According to my TV it says that it'll be on tonight... sometime.... dunno when.... But yeah, I'm really psyched!!! I read about it a few months ago in Play Magazine, and I've been desparately waiting every since.

Anyway. Great wall. I like the simplicity, and the few colors. It makes for a nice effect. Good job ;)

Not a bad vector, but you have his whole body than just his head, even though it's still cool. The show is a little like Samurai Champloo, but the change is that it's really about one person, it's has that weird time lapse, and it is 3x more bloody than Samurai Champloo. For this vector, I hope it will be a start of a good collection of walls.

Yeah, a vector of the whole character would be awesome, since this is zoomed one can't appreciate the main feature of the character, the afro, but other thank that, this one is very nice.

I just got aquanted to the show, so ive only seen 2 episodes but what i saw was great and in my opinion........................ this does the show justice, well done. It could always use a "little" blood to fit the "little" amounts the show has. :P

I just star to watch this anime, is amazing, just like your wall, you use the tones and color of the anime, and take the coolest expression of his eyes. good job. ;D

I have no idea what episodes ive seen but they were good the anime used to come on every thursday at like 1 A.M on Spike but now it doesnt anymore and i have no idea where i can find it but this is a great wall I like the darkness of the scene almost like the darkness of pure evil scenes that I see Alot I like your choice of text also I remember the episode I saw where He has to fight his old childhood friend ( forgot his Name ) hes dressed up like a teddy bear but yah that scene totally kicked ass

Definitely a worthwhile addition to a high quality gallery. The colors would work wonderfully with icons. (as most of the brighter or more intricate wallpapers make it hard to see your icons) But also it has a wonderful composition in the base of 3 (his face takes up 2/3 of the frame which is a basic element of designing style.) Overall, a wonderful job!

This wallpaper just doesn't work for me. Too gray, too bland. It's a zoom in on the face of a character and nothing - really, nothing - else.

Let's begin with the beginning - colour. The use of colour is pretty unimaginative here, I feel. Sure, there's nothing really -wrong- with it, but it just doesn't look very interesting to me. There is no movement, which makes the whole thing look a bit stiff. This lack of dynamism compounds the effect of the "shades of gray" pallette. The font used is decent, I guess, and so is the red that was picked, but its bleakness doesn't help the picture. I think it should have made a sharper contrast with the bleakness that surrounds it.

As for the picture itself, it falls flat on me. You don't get any emotion out of it and it looks... drawn and artificial. Actually, having looked at it again, I do get a sense of emotion from those two eyes: boredom. It's really what I sense when I look at them, and nothing else...

I really wish I could say I like this wallpaper, but I just don't, and I hope I made my reasons clear enough so that it doesn't look random! :P

When I looked at the thumbnail version, I was like Wow! O: But then when I looked at the full version, i was like meh :\ I don't really like the scratches at the background and I think the scan should have been cleaned a bit more. I can still see some random circles on her. The extraction is done very nicely though, and the monochrome-ish colors goes great in this wall. I think it would have been better to vector her and the brushes look too clean compared to her. The textures used on her is really nice. Overall, it's a pretty good wall.

Whoa! I definately just fell in love with this and it's a doujinshi you vectored. :o The background is just lovely, I mean OMGWTF this srsly is incredible in full view. The painting was well done especially the stainted glasses there. The perspective and the whole thing made by scratch must've been difficult.

Actually there's one thing I kind of didn't like is the fact that their colours are pink blended which is nice, but it just doesn't suit in a bluey background. ^_^'

Though the vector is neat and the soft shading is wonderful. :) **very good** highlight and my fave. ;)

Very nice wallpaper. I like how you capture his eyes. You can definitely tell from his eyes that his childhood is tragic. Also the black and white theme is a good touch. Almost in every episode there is black and white. Also the side font is a nice touch. You really capture the theme of Afro by using the font and the black/white contrast. I like how everything looks grey in this one. Nice job.
