"The Notebook" was a splendid movie :3

wow, so much text... But now on to the picture: I've seen the scan walled several times already, but this is actually my favorite. The scan has some ragged outlines, so it's oftentimes hard to make it fit the background. But this seems well done in you wall. congrats!

Excellent job... the image actually does remind me of the movie.

the lines man! watch the outlines! there jaggy and pixely distorted cous of the extraction. I could not be botherd to read the whole story of your description and quickly browsed it. So most "bad" thing about the wall i find the extraction lines on the hair and stuff. furthermore it looks nice little sun flare in it and some rainy parts. Not much more to say to it :P 'Beckor

ohoo!! i really like your works! especially with this scan! you did a very nice scenic and touching wallpaper. yeah, i was able to read and watch "the notebook", and i really cried so may times after watching it over and over again. well back at the wall, eventhough you had made another wall from this scan, this is another unique and really original theme. but there are litle edges with the extraction but it litle so it doesnt the wall that much. especially with that nice scenic background with the couple. another favorite from your work! a very good job!! +fav

Ep, the same iamge once again ^^ lol. Personaly i do not like the first wall you made with this scan. The scan was Way to noisy, and i didnt really like the sharperness, but this one is clean, very clear, and the bg suits quit well. Like this one the most! :D P.S. the best part of college is meeting people. You don't pay that tuition just to go to class. ;) There are LOADS of oppurtunities on campus that make the experience worth your time. Your problem probably lies within a self-fulfilling prophecy - you go into each day in college expecting that you will meet new people but not have a chance to open up to them. If you just go to class and see them you probably won't. ;) Join clubs, go to theatre performances, make dinner plans. It is tough but you need to let go. I don't know where you go to college but going back home every weekend is not a good thing to do if you want to be immersed in the rich lifestyle college life offers. Its not all about parties and indulgences, its a life lesson, one that shows you what you're made of and shapes you accordingly. And man, judging by your taste in literature and television you should have no problem finding some people to hang out with, all my lady friends would talk to you for 2 hours nonstop about one tree hill, lol.

As for the wall, I'm not a fan of the pixellated look all of the characters in your recent walls have. Are you vectoring using the pen tool + stroke? Treat each line as an object and you'll avoid the pixellated look. Also, I can't help but feel all of your walls look very similar. Try branching out a little man, be a little less linear. ;)

It seems alot of your walls are very movie-based. =) Well, this one in particular, really made me smile. I can't tell why, but it really has that effect.

To be honest, I like this one alot better than the first. but that's just me. Keep up the great work Koi. Although, you really surprise, especially when I've read on your UP that you were'nt going to post any more works. Maybe you should put them on Daisuki too?

Wow... when I looked at the thumbnail for this one, it amazed me.

When I came to download it... it really hit me in the face... the extraction is totally subpar. From your other great walls, I know you can do better than this!

But the overall effect is a wow.. at least to me. I'll have to keep it as a thumbnail so I don't see the ugly jaggies.

Keep up the good work... I'd like to see an updated version of this with a better extracted scan sometime soon..

This is a beautiful wallpaper. Clean layout, wonderful scan selection, and you really captured what you wanted to with the scan. I don't mind the quote at all, and I think that well-placed and intelligent text enhances desktop backgrounds, which yours does do. Great work.

The scan has some jaggy lines, and so does the sunflower, but other than that, wow! I really love the way you manipulated and placed the text in this piece, and the clouds, rain, grass all make for a really beautiful background. You did a really great job, and I think you really did "The Notebook" justice. :)

The thumbnail looked good, but you should try to include in a better way the scan in the background : It's waaaay too obvious that the characters were pasted on it. I still like the scan, but maybe you could try to improve the wallpaper a little bit with a better inclusion with the background?

The background is beautiful, the sky, the rain, and the flowers are very nice. The characters are looking good, too, they fit to the background well. The text is good, too, very nice wallpaper!

I just saw the version where the girl was in the right side, I think this is better than the red one and the blue one, In this version you can see a film, in a few seconds they are going to fall between roses and kisses... very romantic.

its looks great.. the background looks awesome and the font style that was used looks cool you just need to improve extracting the scan.. and making the images that you use a high quality image..
the scan is jaggy..

Concept is great but the skill isn't showing in this one. The extraction lines are jagged and the flowers/grass seem to be just pasted in there. You have to blend your background a little more. I sticks out too much. Also there seems to be a lot of text, maybe a little less would open this one up some more.

I have seen this scan in use before but you have made the best use of this scan yet. By making this wall. It is absolutely beautiful!! I love the bg too, the rain effects are very good. This wall is/has a sort of ethereal beauty, absolutely fantastic, very pretty, flawless to some extent, lovely theme, superbly designed, very nice effects, very romantic, perfect valentine gift........... i don't think there are sufficient words to describe this wall. However, there are little technical flaws in the wall. But the effect and the beauty of the wall covers it up. And who would look at the technical point of view in such kind of a wall anyways?! The message, beauty and effect of the wall are more important to me. Which, as i said before..... cannot be described just in words. All praises fall short, this is just too good a wall. It has eternal beauty, that is all i can say...............
