Get Backers Kazuki&Jiube01

Ehh...male x male is giving me the creeps, even tho that male in the pink kimono could be a female as well, if he had bigger breasts :P Anyway it's not a bad wallpaper (I'd say it's very good if it wasn't for the male x male thing ¬_¬) The characters are well cleaned up, and the background fits the scan imo, but maybe a drawn background would've been better. Anyway nice work.

Interesting overlaying of bamboo and texture. It's nice, but I recognise the default gradient you applied ;P Scan quality is very good too, if a little bright. Nice work.. it certainly has a serene or romantic air to it. As a pseudo-scenic textured wall it's not bad, I can't think of anything you could do further to it.

I like the background, but I don't think it really fits Kazuki and Juubei. For starters, they're sitting down...on nothing! Now, last time I tried to do that, I fell to my death. I'd put them on something soon before we lose two of our coolest pretty boys!

cool getbackers wallpapers are a little bit rare :) The bg is reallly awesome :) but we tend to forget that kazu-chan is a guy :) add *2fav*

The background is great work. I don't mind shounen-ai, but what does it have to do with great wallpapers??

This is nice. I like the background, and the scan is fine clarity wise. However, I feel there could be a little something more, perhaps? I'm not too sure what, but I think it may lay in the bg somewhere...anyway the colors and concept of this is nice, and the background really is pretty. Good job. :inu:

hmm, another shonen-ai couple. I think the wallpaper is very nice. you've done a great job. the background represents the nature of japanese thing and it absolutely suited the characters' clothes. one thing that confused me is the right foot of juube. while the left one is closed by his clothes, the right one is not. I don't know why. so mysterios...

Kazuki looks like a girl in this one. XP And poor Jiube. But none the less it is a great wall. I really like the backround in it. ^_^

This is the best Juubei/Kazuki wallpaper I've seen. It has such a sad feel to it as if their love was something that can never be. It brings tears to my eyes. The bamboo grunge work in the background is a nice tribute to where Kazuki and Jueebei grew up. You just don't see enough their past these days. I especially like the image of them that you chose for this wallpaper. It's not so much that they're in a nice pose, as the clothes that they're wearing. It brings out a much better side to them than their city clothes. It shows that they too are sophisticated. Excellent work!

Whoever keeps saying they watched the show and that Kazuki is a girl... I just wanted to say that Kazuki is a boy. I know, I have watched the show myself. Kazuki did dress up as a female a few times, he even looked girly when he was younger, but he is indeed a boy. And no, I'm not in denial or on some rabid yaoi rampage, Kazuki really is a boy.

Like when Juubei thought he was a girl when they were kids, and Kazuki clarified that he was a boy. Or when Kazuki was bandaged up after a fight with Juubei, note that he was clarified as a boy then too. Or the simple fact that he is referred to as a he and not a she... Plus the english voice actors had a discussion about whether or not Kazuki was a boy, and said that they were a little surprised when they found out that he was.

Anyways, I love this wallie! I like it when people use official pictures of the Get Backers slashy couples rather than fanart. Like this picture here. It's an official art. I even have a poster of it on my wall. Saving this~! ^^ Gonna use it, too. Thank you for a wonderful wallie!

Uhm... the scene is beautiful and so is the couple. However, the couple seem to be out of place and that made this wallpaper is not real.
