It's so cute! :p Nice effect with the arrows coming out of the circle and the scan lines. Good vectoring skills as well, can't see any mistakes. All the colors go together pretty well too. The kana font looks good, but the other font doesn't seem to match it. I might not have put my signature right into the visible text either, but other than that, good job.

I can't believe I missed this wallpaper when I checked this place last time. This is one of the cuttest images of Jiraiya I have ever seen. I'm not sure if I like the diagonal lines in the background, but I do like the crescent moon shapes and the arrows. I especially like the artistic placements of the lines in the background. It's a great composition, and keep up the good work.
