I like the flower that you drew and the color matches the wall perfectly. I like the texture you have put on your wall. I dunno about it being abstract but it could use some more grunge but its still an excellent wall.

Well you don't see Lagoon Engine walls very often but this one looks great. I love how you did the BG the flowers work perfectly :) The texture is nice to but I think it might be a bit to subtle however. Overall a really nice wall. I hope you win the contest.

Ah, I actually have the pleasure of meeting someone from uchiki! I absolutely love your site, and all the walls there; just thought I'd mention it on the side. =D

Anyways, this wall is great. This is abstract, yes, and beautiful. I love the subtle feel woven into this; you'll be quite a contender for the contest. The wall evokes memories of a short story I once read, which really gives it all the more definition and meaning. This is really great. The text even works for me, and that's saying something, a lot of walls I've been surfing around taking a look at have had text that just feels wrong/out of place, you know? But this works, especially with the background. The color scheme is brilliant; you've kept it consistant, yet drawn out particular aspects. The eye shifts between the background and the character smoothly; this is truly a feast for the eyes.

Sorry I'm being a bit dramatic. I'm reading HP 4 ( GoF ) at breakneck speed, and just love this wall. xD *begs forgiveness*

When I had first seen this image in my Newtype, I didn't really find myself enjoying it like the other pieces Yukiru Sugisaki did. However after seeing this wallpaper, I'm actually starting to like it now. Because that flower (which is nicely drawn by the way) works so well with this image, that I kind of wish that it was there the first time I had seen it.

But as for the design itself; I really like it. The grunge is just right, and not over used. And the lighting is also just right. But I can't really say that it looks anything like an abstract.

I was about to complain about the line on her head, but I remembered this is supposed to be abstract/grunge. ^_^; The way you can see the background through her (except on her face) looks a bit odd, I think. Odd, but pretty.

My favorite part is the flower. You did a great job drawing it, and the blood splatters give it more impact. Also, I usually don't like text on wallpapers, but I think the text here works well. :)

Uhm, ehehehehe.. since I saw it in the random wallie, once again I can't help myself but comment on this wallpaper. It looks simple yet impressive... The pattern on the background reminds me that this wallpaper is quite old.. In some way, and the sketches on the scan just added the feeling to it. Nice wallpaper!
