Nice. But i think the cape and the ship looks a bit TOO realistic to me, it looks as if they were photographs.

The cutting around the scan could be a bit cleaner but it is a nice-looking scan - I love the colours and how it looks like a painting. ^^ I really like the background too especially the birds and the ship! Keep it up. :)

The foreground and the lens-flare-ish effect that you used work pretty well in the context of the wallpaper. The color scheme, while maybe a tad less vivid than I would like, provides good effect granted that the light source is coming from behind the subject.

The seagulls look pretty decent, although maybe a bit overabundant, again, probably just a person preference from me.

The background is very cool. I like the near-photorealism of it; the shore and the ship.

Not bad of a wall, and I like the resolution. Maybe the wall should be a little bit less bright, because it currently looks a bit bleached out.

The background is nice, the sea, the sky, the birds, it looks very good. The character is looking good, too, she fits to the background well. Nice wallpaper.
