Hmmm...well, I originally made this a month ago for a friend's b-day. Although, I ended up buying her something instead when time came around, so this is actually left over.
Well, I particularly like how I blended Lenne+Yuna into the background. The original stock image was cut off and I managed to get it to blend rather nicely. I was like "...wow, I didn't even think it was possible. Hm. <continues doing other weird stuff>"
As for things I don't like, I particularly don't like the bottom. I like the effect and stuff, just...I don't like the positioning for some reason. But I couldn't get it to fit otherwise, 'cause then the texture would be covering Lenne's or Yuna's eye. Which wasn't good at all. So yeah...
I did make four total variations, including this version. I didn't know if I were allowed to submit different versions, so I just submitted my fave one. Two of the versions has a little poem-thing I wrote. Kinda. It's slightly deviated from the lyrics of "1000 Words."
This wallpaper probably took me about...4 hours initially? Not including revisions. I asked several people to critique it and it turns out that it took a grand total of 6-7 hours. I don't quite recall completely...

Oooh really nifty wallpaper.
Really like the background. Blue being my favourite color is a bonus for me. The colors and design on the background blend in and merge well. The design makes it feel kinda emotional. Really a cool wallpaper. Keep up the good work! hope to see more from you.

Love the effects that you used, not too sure about the friends forever part (referring back to the game, would they be friends? o_o?) but otherwise a really pretty wallpaper, love it!

I like how "friends forever" is as swirly as the swirls emanating from between Yuna and Lenne - So beautiful! and the light coming from above them make them look like celestial beings, like angels! really nice wall!

Beautiful editing I love it. This is one of my most favorite pictures ever of Yuna and you did a good job with it. I wanted to make a wall with this picture but I was always scared that I would ruin it. But this I LOVE. ^^

That's so freaking awesome! Yuna & Lenne were my favorite characters in the game and you were able to make an incredible wallpaper with a pic. and were able to duplicate its effects. This wallpaper is made of pure win.

1 great thing: The background 1 bad thing: the size 1 thing i personally don't like: the characters, but it has nothing to do with the wall which i great.

I too have tried to make a wallpaper including this picture. As i've tried at least half a dozen times. But.... i kinda gave up. anywho.....whilslt the wallpaper is quite beautifull. the friends forever line was probably the wrong way to put it. lovely work

Yuna and Lenne are two of my fave characters and you did them justice in this I think the soft tones really fit the emotions going on during the song 1000 Words and the bright lines at the bottom also show the chaos of what happened to Lenne and Shuyin
