Absolutely love it! The purple background accentuates the winter feelings and the cold breath coming from Ilya is done very well. And plus, she's one of favorite characters from Fate/Stay night. Hehe.

very cute im not quite sure whats somber bout this wall, but im known to be insensitive... illiya looks just adorable, as always and the snowy bg suits her perfecly the tree on the other hand looks rather odd its basically just a plastic silhouette, which seems totally misplaced in here seems like you tried to make it look 3d (if that really is the reason for what you did with the branches on the right), but it just doesnt seem right i think that a plain black silhouette would do the job and look much better and more natural anyway, still looks good, but not as good as it could...

The background is simple, but good, the colors are nice, and the tree looks good. The character looks good though she's a bit big, and another character would look good with her. The text is good though, nice wallpaper.

Nicely done Wallpaper of Iriya-chan (^_^). The overall feeling I get from the Wallpaper is definitely "chilly winter night". :) A few suggestions if I may...

The Embossed Tree is interesting, but, IMHO, it feels a bit out-of-place with Iriya and her art style. Maybe try a different interpretation of the Tree next time?

Also, the Snow is nice in that it's very random (i.e., not an obvious pattern :), but the Snowflakes could use a little more refinement (minor).

Love the idea overall and the color scheme! (^_^)

The wall has a sweet, but with some kind of lonely effect. It's good! i love it!

Not to say you've done a bad job, but this Ilya... to me... seems to be a bit... wrong. Her body and hands feel wrongly scaled compared to her head. But it IS very good, considering you made it yourself. I especially like the detail on her hair. The breath and snowfall is also very cute XD.
