Lol, why does Luffy seem rather elongated? I think this is a cute idea, but the texture doesn't really match the simpleness in my opinion. Luffy also looks like he's a part of the painting at the back (well, the top of him does), so maybe something can be done to give him more depth but keeping it simple? I wouldn't know how to do that, sorry!

I always love toei animatioN! i came there in my years in training *sigh* it's makin me wanna kill luffy cause he's hard to tween(tween is the term used for inbetwening animation in key frames)! xD Anyways i am not here to tell you my dreadful training but i am here to comment on your marvelous vectored luffy. it's kinda odd cause i got used to the water color feel of once piece posters and wallies. I have some original bg's of toei.
