Pretty sweet. It´s not my style but I like the idea, and the details. Books are really nice, and the colors, too. Great job with vectoring. Dude looks like flood on the end of the world =) Last man surviving and the water is rising up...As I said sweet idea.

i love the hat and it looks like she loves books.

I gotta say, what drew me in were the stones doubling as H's in all directions as the background, but I see that was in the original. But then I noticed more the details you've added, and that eerie magical glow the water has to it, and I just have to +fav it. :3

The depth and perspective of the Nagato and the pillar on the right side are a little off; however, it also adds a nice feeling to the wallpaper.

Not too much to say about the background since it's mostly the same as the original. That said, I like the additional touches you put in. They fit in nicely and give it a more surreal feeling.

Nice job on th background vector but I can't really say the same for the vector of Yuki though. Her head looks a bit odd, like it's squashed or too wide. Her face also looks a bit off; doesn't really look like Yuki. Given the size of the original that you had to work with though, it's hard to get it to be perfect eh?

Anyway, nice work overall. :)

Really like the blueness and the galaxy effect. Some of the cracks on the pole closest to the "viewer" seem a bit unrealistic. Maybe a darker gray tone alongside the black would have made it seem more realistic. I've seen enough cracked cement before and haven't seen cracks that are that shallow, yet that dark. That's my only criticism, however. This is a nicely done vector... yes, they're a pain.

Awesome background. The background came out really nice with the added things like the floating books and glowing prettyness. Yuki came out look too cartoonish, the curves are too pronounced and smooth.

It's gorgeous, the tones of coloring and the books floating about is just like Nagato-san, also the lil witch hat is very cute! My favorite part about this wall, and yes i know this will sound odd, is the font. The font is PERFECT. like.... |(n_n)| ah, i cannot elaborate more. Font either makes or breaks a wall so often that when i see it used so nicely i'm like.... XD

first impression would be a very nicely made wallpaper with yuki.

But it seems that the water is at a wrong angle to the "pretty-glowing-thingies" (although the link you posted also seemed to have the wrong angle) and when I say 'wrong angle' I simply mean that the water levels don't match up logically in that link. While in yours, it's more complex since there are more references to acquire a sense of angle.

Otherwise, the books are quite nicely placed and yuki is really cute!

Although I still do not understand the glowing 'blobs', if you may.

It's interesting viewing the link you provided and your wallpaper. The interpretation of 'at the edge of the world' can be quite different. While you portray that the edge of the world is behind yuki, the link could be seen as suggesting yuki standing at the corner to the edge of the world (bottom left of yuki) with the rest of the world bright behind her. Just ideas!

Well, I like everything about the wall (the colors, the water, the theme, the layout, etc.) until you get to Yuki's face, which is really round and overly cartoonish, and totally ruins the mood set by the rest of the wall. Thus, the vector is the weakest part of the wall, and if you put a little more work into that, the wall would be very nice indeed.

One of my all time favorites and certainly the most used wallpaper, even if I switch to another, this one comes back after a while. I love the anime, the vector, the layout and it's blue! nice wall =D he was the face of nagato hahaha the idea of the paper was very nice, with the pillars in the form of H (q I believe is in honor of the show itself) and the really cool textures, giving an impression that they are cracked and broken in many places the water was perfect! Not because of the design that is simple, but the "level of depth" in the wall. The author has, in water, the perfect depth for her to stay at the right level, both in front and in back of the paper, as the wallpaper has a diagonal view books around the water also looks nice, focusing on what makes the most nagato anime: read =X a straight face ever her usual clothes and school along with the cover that it uses the festival were very well designed (and as usual, she is holding a book XDDDD) suzumiya haruhi is a great anime, except that this second season have been much condemned by those who saw, because of the "eight infinity" (by the way, and also did not like that part a little, sometimes even skip many episodes that XDDD ) but who knows, with the movie coming out there (and it promises, the images), the series does not get a new gas, which in my opinion, missed with the endless ah! now I almost forgot ... balls of light were also, literally, bright, and with a great tone blue and white

Dang, that is some intense vectoring. Love the floating books and the darker feel (compared to the original). It's very lonely; the title matches well.

The extra touches you added are what really make this paper. The floating books and lights just add that much more, and really work well with the image.

Looks nice, looks like she's been doing magic spells to flood the world. I wouldn't say it's wallpaper material its not doing a whole lot, kinda bland. The water really stands out and it make you make up a story of the world bening flooded.
