Hunter x Hunter Kurapica

hmz...this looks better then your version in session zero. you changed the background, it looks better now. only if there where some more grunge brushes it would be great. the character looks kinda...bright...I mean..his hair and the lines are jagged. hmz...I don't like the font. it's too big and using alot of space.

i love the darkness in this picture...but the text is a tad big...

I love HunterXHunter!!! Especially Kurapica, he one of the coolest character in HunterXHunter. Anyway this wallpaper sure got it's unqin part but the wallpaper looks a bit unclear and the chain is too "foggy", can't seen to fit in the wallpaper =P it's would be better if Kurapica is "foggy" a bit or the chain become more "clear" =P

Some parts on Kurapica are jagged and I think his hairs are too bright for this dark wall, would be maybe better if only his eyes were so bright. But good job on the chains, the overall effect u get is really nice. And like Meteorcloud already said, the font is way to big, maybe u should make the "Hunter X Hunter" thingy above the chain u used for the font.

The font takes away from the image.

Cool wallpaper. Kurapica is a crazy ****er. He's actually cool unlike some other guy who wants revenge for his clan and has red eyes.. *coughcoughSasukecoughcough*

And yes there's sadly a shortage of Hunter X Hunter wallpapers. =/

The idea is great. My biggest suggestion is to get some more wallpapering experience and then come back and redo a few things, because I really like this wall and think it could develop into something excellent. 1) The picture is pixelated 2) Try to make the rest of Kurapica brighter, making the character more of the focus. 3) The shadows are a great bit of detail, but too obvious and not big enough. 4) The chains only weave back and forth, in two dimensions. Making them go in three would really strengthen this wall. 5) The chain going in front of and behind Kurapica should be tilted backwards; otherwise it would never fit. 6) I love how you remembered to vary the size and focus of the chains, but I don't think it was done enough. More blur and more size difference is needed. Overall, the chains were too big, I thought. I don't think the chain in front/in back of Kurapica should be larger than the smallest chain featured on the page.

Anyway, sorry about seeming really critical. I just want to help this paper develop, 'cuz I really like the concept. ^-^

I like the way this one turned out. The character's eyes instantly draw your attention, and there's a lot of emphasis put on detail with the render. Chains are always a good thing in my book too. ^-^

So cool,his ?her ? eyes are red ,only when someone refered to her family killing,his/her(do not mind because I really do not know he gender)eyes turn red as the blood,the black background made the eyes standing out. Good job,keep it up!

Kurapica wallpapers are love <3 This is awesome. But the text seems a little... off... The size just seems to hover in between... I just think it would be better either really big or smaller.

I like the interesting 'darkness' about this wallpaper. The standing out red in the eye makes that the centre point in the wallpaper. I love the color choice too!

kurapica looks scary. but i think you intended to make him look as if he's ready to kill. the hair color is a little too bright but his eyes are so expressive. i like the wallpaper very much.

This definitely depicts the rage kurapica had during the series. The chains don't look as good as kurapica does though. It looks blurry and hard to see.

Very nice job here- very few Hunter X Hunter bgrounds in general, and this is pretty well done, although I think some of the contrast needs to become a bit more muted in order to not be so harsh on the eyes. :)

Ahhhhh, so cool and dark and creepy! Love Curapica to death, although I feel so sad when he kinda turned a little twisted. Those chains look good and atmosphere is great, very moody feel, kinda like him in the anime. Good work.

I like it. Although, some parts of the character could've been darker with brighter eyes. It would've been a bigger emphasis on the mood, but I love the way it is put together.

hey, great work!! I love how the colors look, it's all so dark and the red eyes are noticed at a first glance. The chains also look great, some seem out of focus. I'm finishing to download all the chapters, but still have a few days more probably. Not many people has this anime on eMule, and couldn't even find it on bit torrent. The only thing I would change is the background. Looks good, but maybe an image or something would be better. Maybe some light effect on the letters would be good to highlight them, they're kind of lost back there as they are

Wow , Red eyes!! , Kurapika!! Execellent!!! I look at Kurapika red eyes at the first time.Other objects are darkness than it. Background , chain , color match character. Background are appears as dark blood.Poses of the Kurapika are together. But I think the header of Kurapika is too bright. I think that if you make it into darkness and bright to red eyes only.It will be more better. You should add more chains into the background and remove some chains in front of Kurapika.
