I found the image from Magikano.com, It looked like this;
So I vectored it, but I didn't change the size at all. I hope you don't mind that I changed her color on her clothes too. The red and green didn't match the BG.

hmm...ive never seen a...crying angel, the only one ive seen was in AIR. anyways, the background it beautiful, i love it, a lot! her pose kind of matches to your title of your wallpaper, but it is "can I forgive an angel"..not "can the angel beg for forgivness" well done, over all. keep up the good work!
