I really like that scratchy effect that you added, but the feathers look kind of brownish..but that OKAY don't worry! Heh heh

Hehe, I'm not sure if the texture was on the scan originally or did you add it, but it was nicely done. XD Because this scan had a sketchy feeling, so the texture really helped. And nice job on toning down the background saturation, it looks much better this way. Easier on the eyes. Owo; But I think you over did it a little on the feathers...some times less is more. Owo; Just a though, you can use some feathers that are not as big and not as hairy.
