This is my first wall for the 100 Themes Project @ Instant Noodles! It's for # 98: Bubbles! I first off have to thank the bubble master Felesya, who gave me some pointers on making my bubbles better (um, they sucked before that). Thank you!!
I ended up drawing the dock by hand without a guide, and it's my first attempt at doing something like that, so go easy if the perspective isn't perfect. After that, I made the foggy atmosphere and added the reflections and a few other details. I worked on it for about three weeks in total, and learned a ton during that time. Everything in the wall was done by hand; there's absolutely no stock. I hope you like it!
PS Original image was a watercolor-style illustration I got from Aethereality.net. Vectored to suit the wall.

I really like the job you did on the vector of the little girl. The design on her kimono is really well done. The grain was added to the dock very well as well. Then you top off all of this with the dragon flys and bubbles. +Fav

Nice, but i think you make it too dark. The bubbles are nice, but if it was dark, we cannot see any bubbles, right? So I think you should make it brighter.

The background is a bit simple, but nice, though the water's color is very similar to the sky's. The character looks nice, she fits to the background well. Nice wallpaper.
