Double-kawaii ^-^ I really like the background - at first, looked kind of too crowded, but when I saw it in full-size,I realized it looks great! And I like the fact you made in almost completely black and white, leaving only her eyes in color - gives almost a dramatic touch, yet makes her look very fragile too... Very nice wallpaper, all in all! ^-^

The whole thing with the blurriness makes sense but it still looks pretty awkward. Plus it's a bit odd having a sakura tree right next to a railing. Outside of the concept you did some nice work on each of the things individually like with the railing and ocean. Solid wall overall.
