Omg. what have I done? After around 1 1/2 years doing nothing concering wallpapers I wanted to try it again. But I realied that I fail at making those background (that's why I lightened up the whole wallpaper so that you can't see everything clearly MUHAHAA). Sadly this took me around 5 hours of working and ended up in... nearly nothing. But now I know why I stopped making wallpapers. It just always ends up in crap XD Anyway, I'll stick to grungy wallpapers 'thought. This wallpaper is featuring Lumiere (?) from Kiddy Grade, muha she's really cute who ever she is. I'm not really into Kiddy Grade so.. I don't really know. The image came from Minitokyo (my darling saved it to my PC some weeks ago) and well I used PSCS to do this. I thought some universe thing would fit Lumiere. First I wanted her to ,,jump" out fo a mirror, but then I realised that I need to have her back then which I had not. I mainly used blurs and other effects, but also tried to make a "window" well this should be a window but I think you can't really see this. Muha I'm depressed Q_Q I need more practise.
Edit: Muha, I edited my wallpaper a bit. I couldn't find a btter place+font for the text so I left it out. I hope it is not tooooo bright anymore :D

Seen kiddy grade not a long time ago and I'm happy to see lumiere (well this one, I prefer it than the one in the beginning of the series) It's simple and neat, but way too light, sorry but to put it on my desktop I modified the color histogram and saturate it a bit more :p Well I will give you a fav :) Continue like that...

I think it's not Lumiere :) It's a new character from Kiddy Grade 2 (which will air in 2007 along with 3 full movies ^^).
Anyway the wallpaper looks good and neat, although I don't like the font much, nah.

Very nice! I like the colours in this wallpaper a lot. Not to bright. I also like how clear and sharp everything looks. I like the background with the moons behind the young lady. She looks very cute too! Good job with the lighting in this wallpaper. Looks great! Favorite!

Mmm, nice! I like the idea for the wallpaper. I can totaly understand the way you feel about making wallpapers, that's the main reason I haven't posted any of my works up here, there not good. ^^" But I must say that your way beyond me and you have the talent and imagination for it, so I think if you keep practicing, you'll get better at making these in no time. Really nice job and I hope you'll make more wallies in the future. (By the way, the character on the image is Ascule from K-G.2 or Kiddy Grade 2, which is in the making and we still don't know, if she's Lumiere or not. :))
