I think the bright Purple clashes with the dark purple of her kimono. and the drop shadow is not needed.

This is just a nice simple picture of Aoi-chan. I personally really like simple wallpapers with not a lot of text on it. Just a nice picture and a nice background do it for me. A very nice wallpaper. It really captures Aoi-chan for what she is. Keep up the good work!!
