This one is of course, what other to say, a horror wall, my favorite genre to wall really. I know most of you who have that scary soul left in you, and you are sure to be there when the screening of a scary movie premieres in your local cinemas. So this one goes out all to you.
The wall itself did not take long, was really touchy to make a wall somedays ago, and since I hardly ever stop... for that manner.
Take notice of the face of course, where the most work has been done to mark her face from ** ** fire scars, or rather to some, maggots infested in rotten flesh.** **
Come what may I say, but hell yeah, was my best horror and macabre effect wallpaper for a long time. I did consider some other choices of course, but the whole idea of a ghost peering closely at you (AKA Sachiko style) from a window just plain wins. The whole background took some time to construct, textures, trees, rotten metal, everything that makes it what it was....
The rest, you can enjoy it yourself, don't get nightmares and wet your pants ok?

oh yeah first comment. this is one of the scariest wallpapers that I've seen at AP. the girl reminds me of the girl in the grudge. i like the grungy ness on the girls face.

I think this is an underestimated piece. I enjoy the red and black compination and the dark simplicity yet the beautiful, frightening result.

Well, the face doesn't look like those things are on it. It looks rather like you're seeing through the face into something, like a desert maybe, or a skull?

Wow.. I love the canvas-like effect that has been added to this wallpaper. For some reason, it fits with it really well, making it look like a beautiful painting, crafted by a professional painter.
I like the background, as well, and the flowers blossoming on the tree look good, as they add to the feeling of it being a painting.
