I died when i saw this wall, so hilarious it was~ I watched 2 eps and it was ok, and I never picked it back up again after that but I feel like I missed something? I see a lot of people love this series though and now I'm seeing the anti side. I like to figure it all out myself though, lol. I like this wall first and foremost for the laughs. I mainly just like the vectored bits as the stock of the cliff and clouds are a bit too real for me. Still love the concept and as for loving or hating haruhi, i still haven't decided yet :)

Oh, god, finally, a wall that explains how I feel about the series. Everyone's like "It's so good!" but it's not. Yeah, I love that expression on her face.

In terms of the show, it's one of those you need to watch about 3 or 4 episodes to really get into it (plus it has a lot of hidden jokes that most people here in the US don't understand), now back to the wall, the only problem I see with it is I can't tell if she has already driven off the end of a cliff and is falling next to a rock face or if she's jumping off the ground and the end of the world is near where she jumped (the ground seems to suddenly fall off/randomly end on the edges).

Otherwise a good job.

Personally, I really liked the Haruhi series, but that's another story. How someone feels about the anime should not truly reflect in the critique that he/she gives. I honestly like the style on this one, and it's quite the artistic wall. After all, "I may disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."

To the waller: This is really a show you need to watch most of it to get... and although you're entitled to your own opinion, when you said that you watched only 2 episodes and got bored, this really disappointed me.

The reason I don't like this wall was because you purposefully went after the show with hatred.

Onto the artwork: good job with her face and expression: it's actually pretty good.

But, strange sign. It looks really rushed with the blur... and what's with the bite marks or whatever they are? A bit confused about why you had to fragment the dead end sign.

Your background looks too realistic for the scan, so the whole thing doesn't jive.

You maybe should've worked on Haruhi's legs a bit more... they look 2 dimensional.

I think you should watch more of the series before you make a judgement on it, since you are just barely getting into the series, and this goes for any anime, not just Suzimiya.

Anyways, I think the wall was well done. I like the idea of using Bart's mouth. The only thing that bothers me is that it looks like Haruhi is running away from the cliff, rather than falling off of it.

Maybe I'm just bias cuz I like the show, but this wallpaper is kinda shoddy. I can only imagine that you didn't really care to put a lot of work into it. I mean, you don't like the show... and I think the only people that think this paper is funny are those that are opposed to the show. On that matter, the show is good and you gotta give it a chance. This is one of those shows where you kinda have to watch the whole thing to really know wtf is going on. But, off course, there are differing opinions and differing personalities.

I disliked the sign and the rock because I felt the style was inconsistent with the rest of the wallpaper. I also felt the far right glare was far too realistic. xD

However, I did find the coloring of the text appropriate compared to the background. I believe the overall quality of the wallpaper was actually quite high too. :p Congratulations on that, though I wish the skill had been used in other ways. >_>

Why so much hate? I just can't believe that watching just 40 minutes of the series ruined your life completely to such an extent that when you're older you will still remember how you wasted those minutes of your life. I saw Haruhi on the bike, but the background didn't read to me at all. It took me quite a while to see that it was a cliff she was riding off. I feel like the sky and mountain read more as graphic shapes. If you have an idea, it should read clearly. Unfortunately I don't have any ideas/suggestions on how to remedy the background.

Oh my god, her mouth! xD This wallpaper is hilarious but technically not that good. The cliff is misleading as some people already said. Maybe you should put it on the left side so that the perspective of the cliff is logical.

I really think you should watch at least until episode 4 with a open mind before deciding that the show sucks but anyway I think the text looks great and I like facial expressions.

Okay, before I go into my ranting mode, i'll do a bit of critic. I love your concept, but the wallpaper wasn't well done. I agree that if you put the cliff over to the left a little bit then the perspective wouldn't be so misleading. Not only would it seem more real, it would show that she really did ride off a cliff and not just shoot up into the air.

The background is a bit to real, maybe you could of toned it done a little bit more. As for the sign, you should of put it really close to screen and blurred it to show that it traveled with her and she hit it. And then add a whole bunch of rocks around her. I also thought the speech bubble didn't need to be there. Other than that, awesome, oh and keep that texture.

Now about you hating this series... go ahead, its about time people started showing that they don't like it. I personally have seen this for more than 2 episodes and your right it is a waste of time. Boring, boring, boring. Im only watching it so I can finally see what all the hype is about. The only part I like is the dancing in the ending theme song.

Don't mind everyone else's comments, your entitled to your own opinion. If everyones aloud to express how much they like it, why can't you or anyone else express how much we hate it too? All Haruhi fans say to watch all the eps in order to find the enjoyment in the series, saying it gets better and such. Well, it doesn't (at least for me).

With that out of the way, It's got a nice stock of haruhi, and the text is nice too. Motion blur could be better, and the colors overall could be adjusted a bit, but overall an nice wallpaper.

I love the graphic, and I also admire your bravery for posting it. I hate the series in general and dislike Haruhi. If I could turn back the clock, I would have ignored the series' hype and its overly abundant recommendations cause I was sorely underwhelmed after I finally watched it.

It is really funny the amount of backlash most people suffer for admitting that they dislike a series/character or the like; therefore you not caring about any of that and proceeding to submit your wallpaper, is refreshing and courageous. In my opinion, it would be helpful if people in society would be mindful of the fact, that as humans we are diverse, we are not all going to like the same things or share the same interests etc. Nevertheless, kudos to you.
