Transformers Starscream - Hot Pursuit

I grew up watching Transformers. b4 I even knew what "anime" was, I knew I loved Optimus Prime, now I think back I think to myself "I loved a Mack truck?????" Still it was an awesome. It's amazing you were able to I think vector from such a small source, but it's perfect, my fave part would be the painted skies, they're a nice backdrop to the transformers in flight, really a nice piece of work, can't help but fave it~

That 'speedpainting' that you did is beyond awesome. It's pure artistic talent that's just exploding out of that wallpaper you made. No. I take it back. It's not a wallpaper, its an amazing piece of art.

Besides the eye-popping detail of Starscream, I'm really admiring the clouds. They rock ^^ I'm just speechless at how much there is in this art piece. Faving this piece is the LEAST that I can do. Awesomeness.

well doe in reproducing starscream from such a blurry screen shot this is what i call artistic well done nice texturing used for this piece

Pretty nice. I only wish the texture was a tad bit more transparent. For a speed-painting, it's pretty good indeed. And maybe you could perfectly do without the text as well.

Can't wait, I'm going to use a bunch of transformers wallpapers during the build-up to the release, starting with this one. Love the ambient atmopshere :)

WOW THAT IS AMAZING. This is one of my favorite walls I have seen recently, I love it. I really do, the painted texture feel is my favorite among walls and yours greatly represents it. And by working off suck a crappy stock image, bravo.

Very interesting wallpaper, catch my eye instantly as the whole Transformer theme is getting a lot of attention because of the upcoming movie. Since I'm not all that knowledgeble with Transformers it was some surprise when I saw jets and helicopters as transformers (I thought only car/truks were transformers ... oh well). So this is also a nice image.

I like the background too, the contrast with the bluish bottom with the reddish top is nice. The back area in the middle got me confused though: smoke from the plane or just a rip in the clouds? either way they fit perfectly (probably because they lead to this effect). Nice work in general, including the paintwork.

First word that comes to mind when I full viewed was Professional. This piece of art looks as if it could be official art or concept art. The only thing that is buggy me right now is the focus of the image. The plane in the back should be more blurry than Starscream.

Not often you see actual paintings on here. For being a "speedpainting" it's a lot better than anything I could have come with 10 times the amount of time. Very well done.

Everyone has already taken all the good adjectives, so I'll just skip that part. I'm sure this'll be on my desktop for a while, especially after how much I enjoyed the movie. I'd been looking for the perfect Transformers desktop to use, I only wish I had seen this earlier. Thank you very much!

Nice concept, but i don't recognize this Starscream... I guess I'm only accustomed to the first generation Starscream.

Whoooa! Transformers is alive! It's so nostalgic... Haha! Didn't really remember who I really liked... I think it was Optimus Prime. hehe. All I remember is that there was some white, floating gun among the robots--Megatron!! It's pretty funny now that I think about it.. Anyway, reminiscing aside, this is a wonderful piece of... shall I say 'artwork'? Haha! Truly wonderful... Love the scene and everything! :3 Especially the painting effect

great job but i like the anime american version of transformers than the japanese version of transformers japanese now use cgi to use to create there transformers now i like the 2d versions much more in some prospects of the differnt shows that are out there movie kicks but plan on seeing this film 6th time

Definitely the best Transformers wallpaper what I have sen here on AP. It reminds me a oil painting in the style, but the fact that display such high-tech machines makes it a worthy piece of art. Would like to see how it would look with more significant speed effects, but Im not sure myself if it would blend with the current style background. +Fav
