Very nice wallpaper/vector. I'm guessing you found her name on wikipedia? She hasn't appeared in the actual anime yet so i'm not sure..

Not bad and gald that you choosed a not very popular character from the series. But it could be more detailed and the stroke arround the character isn't quite the best choice at all.
