It might be because they're too high up and a little on the dark side, so the lighting is inconsistent with a distant setting sun. Playing with blend modes more might have helped with their realism :P

Oooh, the artwork is soo nice. But I don't think the photo background suits the scan, maybe it'd be better if it's a drawn background. Well, just my 2 cents. Nevertheless, this is already a great wallpaper. :D

sexy wall...There are a few issues though: 1) don't forget your signature or email or website or something to identify the wall. this wall should not have been approved without a sig fyi. 2)your extraction is decent but has some rough edges that were covered up with light effects in the wall- you should fix the scratchy edges. 3) the clouds don't seem to quite blend- in comparison to the bright and rich colors in the rest of the wall, the coulds are too dull and need more accenting and color, even if it is sunset. Ya know how clouds glow funny colors during ocean and mountain sunsets? Try some of that eh. 4) the sky above the clouds is unnaturally dark for a sunset, it should have a little lighter dusk color to blend correctly. 5) The background looks a little too photo-esque, and doesn't quite blend with the animated look of the girls. Try some brush detailing and softening to blend it a little better. Overall, nice lookin' wall... not bad.

I like this wallpaper. It's exceptionally nice but another font would be nice (in my taste) because I've grown tired of seeing Scrptina (I think it was called). Mehhh... I like it still ^^

I think I would have to agree with the others about the "meshing" of the girls and the background .. it just doesn't seem to work together exactly right (like one was laid on top of the other). The clouds do need a bit of touchup .. maybe just adding some color to the edges to show some reflective glow. Perhaps a bit of shading on the scan itself to blend with the lighting contrasts? Overall, I really like it the concept works well for me -- it is obvious you spent a lot of time working on it.

Weird. I like this wallpaper... I usually don't like pictures that combine drawn characters and photograph backrounds, but somehow... I dunno. Maybe it's the soft kinda golden overall-hue of the picture. And naturally Ugetsu Hakua's characters are amazing.

Very beautiful girls and an interesting background!The problem is the sky...now thinking this is a sunset wall you could use for the white clouds soem other colours too as I see the idea of this wall is to be pretty realistic so as we know the sun gives many nuances to the sky in the sunset:violet,yellow,lot of colours!And another problem would be that the background except the sky seems a litle bit too "realistic"(right now I can't find an appropriate word)while the girls seem on the other side so there is a mistmatch between the background and the scan...my opinion is that the background could use some little more shades of colours(as you know even the water at the sunset seems to have other colours).Oh boy sorry for alll this criticizing but I hope that my critics are constructive and for a fav wall I simply don't want to have any reason to object^_^!
