Kiddy Grade Moonlit Puppet [vector]

Time for a Kiddy Grade vector :) Lumiere is one of my favorite characters, mainly because she is so graceful and tries to persuade Eclair to be like this too (with no luck whatsoever ^_^') And because I'm running out of ideas of what to write, here are the credits and other vector-related things:
