I dunno. I usually don't go for the happy/cheerful ones at all, but this one kinda grabbed me. You just executed it so nicely, filling the entire piece with the foreground but not making it look crowded in the least. Very well done.

I think I can spend quite a while just staring at the beautifully crisp lines and Sakura's hair~ too bad it doesn't fit my monitor... ah, maybe it's just my monitor but their skin looks rather green. I think the BG has too much depth because this style of art is really flat ( I also think it's a bit over-blurred). Well I will continue staring now...

Awesome work of vectoring, definitely an improvement over the previous one ~ I bet your 3rd one will be even more impressive ^^ I like the vectoring of their faces and hair the most, espeically of Athrun's. The background is nice and romantic and the heart drawn in the sand is a nice touch, but the seashells look kinda funny ~ colours too contrasting ^^; The sparkles on the ocean are a little big, espeically since they're suppose to seem further away in the distance. The birds are nice and give a better perspective of the wallpaper, oh and I also really like the fonts and the colours you've use.
