Hey, I had to make a wallpaper from this image as I had loads of ideas for it from the moment I saw it. It was hard to get the idea from my head and into a wallpaper but I tried my hardest. I put a lot of work, though mainly little tweaks into this so can you please try to be constructive with your criticism. Thanks in advance. By the way this is the first paper that i've managed to get out of session zero so please take that into account as well. Thanks to people's comments I thought I might add that the dots are supposed to be sand and not some random texture

Creating water with sand on the bottom and clouds reflected on the surface. ><" That should be tough. It's not too natural looking, but it's not half bad. You gave it an interesting perspective. If you make a widescreen version I'll fav it.

Heh, i love Umisho and seeing this wall rite as i wake up is a nice thing.
I guess i'd agree with saying that mixing the sand, water, and sky is a really hard thing to do. You pulled it off ok up in the top rightish area, although i don't think anyone would understand the dots if they didn't know it was suppose to be sand. My only nitpicky thing about it is the ripples on the left of her body...they don't really mix in well with the rest of the wall. The bottom left has ripples going one way, the ball has ripples going in another...and then the left looks like you just quickly just dragged a smudge and made a zigzag.

But, overall great job ^_^

Just in case there's anybody with widescreen monitors (which I assume is a lot of people) I have made a new widescreen version that is only slightly different. I'm afraid that it didn't transfer so well and so it seems more empty than on the 1280x1024 and 1024x768.

The background is looking interesting, the looking of the sky from underwater is really good. The character is looking good, she fits to the background well. Nice wallpaper.

The ripples are too high in frequency, and there's this grainy texture you put that doesn't make it look like water should: smooth.

baov if you read my description of the wallpaper and other member comments you would know that the grainy texture is the sand as water is transparent so you would be able to see the sand through the water

A little poor wallpaper, more with a lot of funny scans in animepaper.... Another thing is that usually i put my desktop icons in the left side, and i think there is many people doing the same, so... Came on, you can do it better ^^

I saved this wall a few days ago but forgot to comment ^-^ The ripple effect is super cool and must have taken alot of time. Congrats on getting your first wall approved and I hope theres more to come.

So much water! This wall looks so sumerish <3 Her expression's so funny and the water effects and the reflection of the clouds are well done. However, if you hadn't wrote that those dots were sand, I wouldn't figure that out. It's a nice idea but I think the sand wasn't that well pictured in this wall. But it's still a good wall.

Nice concept, It was a very hard effect to pull off in the first place but I think you did a pretty good job :> Wouldn't you see the sand in clear water though? (o_o)
