i think this was back in 2003? well i'm positive i saw this the first time back in 2004 :'D did i win a prize? xD this is one of those pieces that made me think i should try out walling and that one of takeshi okazaki (and coz of the this deserve a fave)

Wuah, I remember using this (or was it this one?) back when I was still getting my accounting diploma xD. Nostalgia indeed. I really like how it looks like the 20's era (or whenever airplanes were made...) and the dreaminess. I think she would blend more with the BG if the lighting followed her lighting some more, but it still looks really pretty!

Fantastic wall. I'm not going to guess, but only because I've been on this site for less than a week. You fit her into the wall extremely well. I like how you did the birds as well. The writing behind the last exile is really hard to read though, as is the writing in the lower right hand corner. Also there is a swath of 'realistic' wall that stands out, it runs from her neck, down to the end of the wall. Other than that, fantastic job.

Well i dont know how old it is.but it definately is cool especially the sepia colour theme u chose with the background and the vector is well blended in the background.The text is also cool and the birds are really blended well in the background...Keep it up

I always love seeing this image of Al. I really like the neutral tones and the background textures used in this wallpaper, because they both work well with the subject. However, I think Al could have been blended a little better into the background and I'm not too crazy about the Last Exile text being where it is, though it is subtle enough to not bother me much. Still, I do like the wallpaper and I think you did a good job on it overall.

i would try to find a way to integrate the image and the background a bit better

and i think since the imace os so peaceful you cuould youe a colder colour like blue, or try to make it night sku, would give a nice touch to it

I've always simply adored this piece. It's actually the wall that got me into wallpaper collecting so I just had to post to this :) I know I've had this piece since... hrm... 2003 I believe so I'm going to go with 4 years though it could easily be longer. Amazing job! Thank you so much!

Nice color , the characters color, blends in with the background nicely and its noting too flashy.

Pretty, in a slightly steampunky way. I've never seen steampunk pictures with such soft colours and lighting, so that's original. Something about the grass in the texture doesn't sit right with me though. Maybe it's too big?

Anyway, great job overall.

Nostalgia ... yes, it brings back memories although it was until this very year that I got to meet this lady here, Alvis, fantastic story, good job with the wall, it is too hot for my desktop, if you know what I mean (the colors), but you can never go wrong with these stories!... ^_^
