i found this scan of Sawada Shin when i was lurking around AP weeks ago... and i decided to vector the character and make a wall of this manga. (we rarely find walls on this manga...)
about this wall...i decided to use blue colour and my concept is...the simple..the better... thus, playing around with hues of purple and blue...as well as using circles to design a bg. i'm to tired to make a complicated wall and i'm just too busy to explore around. plus, i'm still not good in vectoring and this is my fifth vectored wall (if not mistaken....XD) i've spend around 4 hours vectoring and colouring the character...and 3 more hours fixing the bg...again and again... total...i've spend 7 hours in front of my labtop today...O.O

You need to learn about anti-aliasing. That's way too jagged.

Character really isn't my bag but I love the text and everything about the color and design. It's something that I can throw on sometime in the future and just be at ease with it for awhile. Nice work.

"the simple..the better..." I do agree, and it looks great, so much like the spirit of this manga. Still I wonder, how, with such simple design, Shin is still soooo cute?!! (blushin)
