nice soft colours used, and the sky blends well with the vector. although it states tht you can't use stocks, no one ever said anything about cloud brushes that you could've used for reference for painting. nice colours though..so ima gonna fave xD

anyway, the vector is good, but the gaussian blur tech still need practice... use the rubber tool too =P there are some places that have a pointless blue light or whatever that is, mainly one the hair/ arm, torso... but that is fixable

Love what you did with this. Matsuri and the sky aren't flashy or anything, but the wallpaper gives a calm and soothing presence.

The only problem is that some parts of Matsuri don't fit in with the background. One example is the back of her hair, it kind of stands out more than other parts. It somehow needs to blend in with the background.

I can't believe that you added you're own touch to this wallpaper which makes it special. The hair was especially unique and how you changed everything from the scan. You made the scan itself not as good as yours. >:D
