This just might be my favorite KiraxLacus wall EVER. I usually don't care for them that much because they're mostly all bubbly and BRIGHT... in fact, checking my GS wallpapers folder, every single KiraxLacus wall I have is bubbly, sparkly, and bright. Thank you so much for making a dark wall of those two.

Great job on making Kira and Lacus look like they belong there. I could almost swear that was the scan. Like others have said, the only thing that doesn't look right is the red planet. There's nothing else that's really red in the wall--it's mostly blues and purples.

This is the best Kira+Lacus wallpaper i've seen so far. Definetly adding to my favourites. Great work Jason!

Nice effect ! The tone of Lacus and Kira really matches the background, but the only problem is with the 2 moons. There is no problem with the positioning. But u place the planet with rings in front, which implies its closer. Usually planets with rings are already really big...so the planet in the back would become extreme huge, close to a red giant, after u put the distance into perspective. Its just unreal.

I like the dark and mysterious feel to this, but i dont like the planets that look like they were randomly stuck in there.

I think it's a pretty nice wall, the sky is very well done, although I am a little tired of seeing the same photoshop grass brush used in so many walls. :/ But nonetheless, I still like this. :D

It's a beautiful wallpaper, especially since Kira and Lacus together is so uncommon. The sky is amazing and offsets the picture perfectly, giving it a wonderful mystical feeling. Thank you very much for this one.

love the scan, but the wall does have its faults: 1. the planets are REALLY out there. they are a little toobold for the BG, maybe try trowing some fog on the fields to obscure them some, and adding detail of movement thru the fog from the windmills. 2. the starry sky is great, but its a little bland. it could do with a bit more variation in colors, maybe a nebulae here or there, and a nice comet smack dab in the middle (what shes looking at) be careful with this though, balance in star fields tend to be hard to acquire, so be prepared for lots and lots of tweaking.

other than that, looks great my friend! as i said before, the scan is fantastic, and you got the "deep night" color/shading on them just right to capture the start of a mood them for the wall.

oo, and maybe move the text more towards the center, and align it at the sam angle as the comet that i was talking about, lol. just suggestions, though

Man i really like Gundam SEED Destiny walls. This one is not exceptional from any other. This wall has a really great blurring and also the color. Those are the things i like the most. Great job!

this is a magnificent wallpaper....the background is extremely well thought out. I like the idea of showing the planets, and i think the red moon contributes to the wallpaper nicely by providing a different colour.

i have no complains bout the red planet...coz i think the whole wall is too blue...the planet gives the wall some variety but it may also distract the main focus (lacus and kira). i think both characters r also too 'blue' anyway, very great awesome bg. nice title too

Amazing job. Starry night sky with KxL seems very peaceful which compliments the "Field of Hope" text. The open field with wind mills is also great. It reminds me of Xenosaga episode2 (game). I see that some people don't like the red planet but I like it. It does grab your attention but this is art; you can do whatever you think and feel. I think it gives the picture a more ethereal feeling; a place you desire to be at, a place you wish you can be at. Well, at least that's how I feel.

The color scheme truly is the big player with this wallpaper, bring a very "heavenly" mood when viewing it.

The red color chosen for the planet/moon gives a nice breaking point, which helps take in the depths of the darker blue colors, otherwise it would be too much of a wash out.

Wow......I think most of your gundam seed wallpaper used starry night scan as the backgrounds...but..Yeaa..It is not a big deal because all of them look so romentic and cool!!! Looks nice, the only thing I don't like is how the girl's (forgot her name,Lacus or sumtin) mouth is open. Though I like the planetary effect and stars it has always been my favorite theme.
